@ Manny

I didnt have any problem downloading it. I am not sure why you did, I am no computer guy, I usually forward these questions to Trekker. If you want to e-mail me your address I will burn a copy for you. As soon as I find out that the physical copy is availble I will let you know.

Thanks for your Roadburn explanation. I did't know about it. It's pretty cool though.
Your recos are always great.
I have a question for you. Have you ever heard of the band called "DeathKids"? (from NY) I heard one song from them that my friend had on his ipod. It came from the album "Born in Hell"

So, DeathKids - born in hell ('95 release), is it worth getting? and is it going to cost me lots of $$$

**If anybody else has insight on "DeathKids" let me know**

@E.F.
I remember reading the Pit magazine in the mid 90's (Mosh Pit records was cool little shop in Co.Springs) and they interviewed the Deathkids (who were two brothers and their father who looked alot like Glen Benton lol!) they were probley the only group around who were doing DM at such a young age. Anyways it was kinda interested in hearing them but i never heard anything from them, although they praised Glen and Deicide a whole lot in the interview, maybe that might hint at what influenced them to make some NYDM. I believed they played the Milwaukee Death Fest a few times too.

Ya, I read their bio on metal-archives. When they recorded their first album they were ages 16 yrs., 12 yrs., and 10 yrs.
I heard another song of theirs on youtube, They're not bad. File it under obscure metal. Thanks for your time ravenous.

Here's a cheap reco for everyone out there: Throneaeon - "Neither of Gods". Great Death Metal with lots of Morbid Angel influence. You can find it here on Amazon for around $4. Check them out if you haven't already.

@ Matt

Throneaeon actually changed their name to Godhate in '03 or '04.
Godhate leans a little more towards the traditional DM side than Throneaeon did.....Check them out if you havent already;)

Protest the Hero..."Fortress"......This Fortress doesn`t seem quite as impenetrable as when I first listened to this cd a few months ago....I guess that`s what a steady staple diet ov Meshuggah will do to a psyche.....

Xipe Totec FINALLLLy responded to my email. They said they're pressing their own cd's and it going to be limited to a few hundred. They're going to do it in a month or two and posted on their Facebook blog. I don't have face book, so it's up to you my friend. The balance of the universe is in your hands. ; )

What`s with all the Death Metal covers ov classic X-mas songs all ov a sudden?......Is Trans Siberian Orchestra a huge influence on Brutal Musick all ov a sudden?

The Sleep Terror Christmas Medley is positively mind blowing..........

Incantation....."Upon The Throne of Apocalypse"......
