They have this thing called IMDb (aka Internet Movie Database,) a website which Amazon owns, where you can punch into their database (or Google), keywords, actor or character names, titles, and up pops the answers about movies.

"Patrasche" brings up:

'Patrasche: A Dog of Flanders, Made in Japan' (2007) :

Who knows?

re: "0 of 2 people "think" I didn't give the answer to the question asked?

I gave a man a fish *&* taught him how to fish. On second thought, I guess my response was pretty fishy and not adding to the fish-free discussion, whatever that was.

D. Larson says:
My Patrasche (ぼくのパトラッシュ, Boku no Patrasche?) is a 1992 Japanese animated television series adaptation of Maria Louise Ram└'s A Dog of Flanders, produced by Tokyo Movie Shinsha.

The series also became popular in the Philippines through its franchiser ABS-CBN.

And let that be an end to it! Let us never speak of it again. Cursed be that title, stricken from the history! A pox upon it and all who sail in it! It shall be the dog of Flanders of which we do not speak! Wikipedia has answered this question, we will dwell on it no more!

It's about an architect, in black-and-white (with sound), and he's ambitious and proud of his work, but those who run the world frown down upon him and seek to destroy his image, his work, and his legacy; it is more relevant now than ever before.

mack: I thought this was some sort of trivia game, given that it was called, Name the Movie and Year It Was Made. I was simply giving you guys the information on a movie I saw for you guys to discern what it's about and what year it was released.

It is Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House we're talking about here, right? A great, searing look at the constraints society places on the truly gifted visionaries who want to build hideous tower blocks.

@D. Larson:

> But if that's the hand you lose, well, never mind

According to paulsimon.com (http://tinyurl.com/6j6p2qo), the correct lyric is "That's the hand I *use*, well never mind!" (which makes a lot more sense anyway)
