I only suggested the possibility of a discussion; I was not suggesting that I decide the rules. How did you read that into it?
There are an infinite number of ways to handle it, and I'm not going to suggest that there is only one way to do it before anyone else opens their mouth. I play games with rulebooks that really are rule BOOKS. I've played wargames most of my life. I'm not expecting this to be that friggin' complicated. I just don't want to be forced into shortening the game to the minimum possible time if I'm enjoying the discussion.
