½ of WWW is more than sufficient in my opinion. Don't finish it... you might break out the noose again.

I'm done voting on this game... and I'm not leaving because I'm unsatisfied with the way people are voting or because I have a dispute with the individuals who are participating; the problem is it is boring me, so I must move on. No hard feelings.

I don't know why Halle has all of the hate. Yes, the movie was silly. But, IT'S HALLE IN A LEATHER CAT SUIT! Are you people blind?!

Thank God someone saved my Dearest Mommie.

And what is with this 11:00 is the new 12:00 bullshît?

Hey, Gordo just voted against Zeph. BAN HIM!!..err..I mean...BAN YOURSELF!!

What's good for the goose is good for the gander, hey gordie?

@Spam,
Monty Python my dear. The late, great Monty Python.

@Catwoman
Halle Berry in a catsuit is enough to arouse any hot-blooded human, but the facts remain that I can just google some images and ogle that gorgeousness. I DON'T have to sit through 2 hours of Blarghhh just to have a good perve.

@11 is the new 12
We are merely subjects in the world of gordie, and we must abide. Zeph got it spot-on. It's all about CONTROL. Well I say FIGHT THE POWER (and while we're at it, we can dance Hip Hop style circa 1992)

From an interview with Fred Schepsi I was just reading....

Interviewer:Was the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air always going to play the lead role?

Fred: No,no. He applied for the job, and the money coming from [producer] Arnon Milchan was kind of coming on the condition of Will Smith as the star. To get the job, [Will] came like the character. But he hadn't had a lot of film experience and the accent was wrong. So, it took a little while. I took him to see the play - I think it was on in L.A - and then I took him over to England to see how different it can be. I said, "You have to change your voice. I'm going to get you a voice coach. You have to do that for ten weeks. And I'm going to give you an acting coach as well. Then we will work together once a week. If you are prepared to do that, I'll give it a go."

Interviewer:Smith wasn't too cocky?

Fred: Oh, no, no, no. He was fabulous - and keen. He was in a state of wonder the whole time, especially when we got to rehearsals with [co-stars Stockard Channing, Donald Sutherland and Sir Ian McKellen]. He couldn't believe the simple questions they asked and why they'd ask them. This was a very disparate group of actors. That was quite fun. Sir Ian McKellen was incredibly nervous, which surprised Will Smith. McKellen really wanted to get acting on film, as opposed to the largesse he sometimes uses on stage. Stockard Channing had been doing the play for three years. She described [making the film] as putting the toothpaste back in the tube, because you had to pull her performance down. It had become an aria. And then Donald Sutherland, marvelous actor. Sometimes Stockard Channing would be having opinions about the way things should be done....I had to try and deflect that a little bit. It wasn't done meanly, but it was pissing Donald Sutherland off a bit. And then Will Smith, coming from the 'Fresh Prince', was used to buoying up the set. Keeping things pumping [laughs]. I used to have to play him in chess to calm him down.

Yet, Sloany is allowed to say 'bloody'. Those censorbots must not be bilingual.

Maybe my bipolar moniker will throw them off!

I'm done changing it now, seriously.

I prefer the Will Smith roles where he has to squeeze his larger-than-life energy into a specific character, and he can be great when he's not all over the place playing "Will Smith" writ large.
But part of what made 'Independence Day' such a blast was the force of Will Smith's infectious charm. And the scenes he did with Jeff Goldblum (who can hold his own) are the best in that cheezztastic spectacle.
