I absolutely agree!
3 Sisters doing all the parts and sounding like a full choir!
The first time I saw them do this on SNL my jaw hit the floor!

Not my favorite Christmas "Song" per se, in terms of songwriting, but this is definitely my favorite *Recording* of a Christmas song:

From the delicate opening of Ritchie Blackmore's guitar stylings accompanying Candice Night's melodic voice & gradually building to full orchestral dynamics and choir over the course of a mere 3 minutes it's as near-perfectly arranged recording as I've ever heard.
