Right on Phil. Cool story ! That kind of comes across in his persona. A fatherly figure who loved people and music as well as all he did businesswise.

Yes and Deep Purple deserved it more, I'm just happy Public Enemy got in.

I'm really surprised that the HOF doesn't induct more Alternative bands, considering that Rolling Stone Magazine will dickride anything that remotely sounds like Alternative/Punk music. I guess the HOF has decided to get out of RS shadow, which is a good thing.
