The tune with the best harmonies is Sloop John B (Beach Boys)...
I have a CD with an acapella version of the backgroud vocals only...AWESOME!

Great 'new' band from Sweden called 'Moon Safari' check them out they have a great 'old school' sound (query on youtube) and excellent vocal harmonies. Check this clip out as the sing acapella hanging out on a street corner drinking beer.

P. Quijada ~

The Eagles stole anything from Poco that they could get away with and they copied Poco's songwriting, style and production and even included a singing drummer into the whole deal. Randy and Timmy were kidnapped by Henley and Frey as well.
Poco, over The Eagles anyday of the week!
