Flower Kings (Sweden)
Gong (France, albeit there's a mix of different nationalities there)
Can (West Germany)
Kaveret (Israel)

Am I missing it? Did someone seriously not say Carla Bruni yet?

Because if they didn't .... I'll do it, because she's easily the best modern singer alive in my opinion, and most of her songs are in French.. Actually, she's first lady of France! :P.
