Oh goodness!!! Is Meade Skelton still using this heading to attempt to shock. He does this periodically. He not only... cannot sing, he cannot communicate!

I was offended too until I started thinking of the NAACP.

When I worked in OSHA (I retired in 2001 after 29 years there), there was a black guy, about 25 years older then I) who was active with a local group, "The Negro Old-Timers League" or something like that. I mean, I never had the nerve to ask him how old the group was and whether he was actually a 2nd or 3rd generation of members which would explain it. Hell, in the 50's if you called someone black instead of Negro, you'd have probably been beaten with a stick (unless you lived in the South). Actually, back then "colored" was preferrable, too. I can't seem to remember when black and African-American began to get popular. Or, for that matter, gay. Actually, there are gay things (music, movies, etc.) that puposefully use the term "queer". I wonder if that's comperable to blacks and the "big N".....?

Besides, there aren't any white people anyway, except for albinos.

@RVACountryLover
Expressing views from the anonymity of the internet could be called being a YELLOW belly. I'm sure you knew you would BROWN off a few people with your REDneck views, you certainly made me feel BLUE. I wonder if you are just a little GREEN, you see... the world is complex not just BLACK and WHITE. I sincerely hope you realise this before you are old and GRAY or some people will want to turn your PINK ass PURPLE.
