Climax--Precious and Few
Bo Donaldson and the Haywoods--Billy Don't Be a Hero
Tony Defranco--Heartbeat It's a Love Beat
David Cassidy--Cherish
Bay City Rollers--Saturday Night

Thank goodness they were all one hit wonders or my sister would have drove me even crazier!

brainhead - these bands generally have more than one hit. Many people would also say these bands have more than "one or two good songs."

FYI - the Local H song is titled "Bound For The Floor"; the Blur song "Song 2"

radiohead - Karma Police, High and Dry
faith no more - We Care A Lot, Midlife Crisis
blur - Parklife, Girls and Boys, There's No Other Way
beck - Where It's At, Devil's Haircut, Girl
talking heads - Psycho Killer, Life During Wartime, Once In A Lifetime, And She Was, Road To Nowhere
local h - Eddie Vedder, Hands On The Bible
modest mouse - Dashboard

I'd suggest that the OP take a listen to Odelay (or Sea Change), OK Computer, and Fear of Music if he or she thinks of Beck, Radiohead, and Talking Heads as one or two song artists.

Faith no more and the talking heads both have more than 2-10 great songs. Their band members all left their respective bands and formed new bands that made more great music.

Of course you are talking about the following good songs (and the only good ones by each of these crummy bands)
