About 1/2 way through the whole series -

Not bad. The first one seemed to be a true drag until almost at the end. The rest, so far, though have been better in pacing.

I like that occasionally White moves, between books, from 1st person to 3rd person. I do feel that the "mystery or puzzle" is most often less the focus than the character development. OK with me but others may feel differently.

People averse to gritty realistic crime scenes or graphic sexual scenes or graphically described sexual crimes will be pleased. Although the subject matter may include such points, White's hand is fairly mild in description of them.

Has anyone else read this series?

Then she should know better than to spam about this or anything else. She has already posted several times in the last hour about this title on this forum alone.

If I did the same thing, people should report me as well and I've been here for years.
