M. Watkins says:
I'm going to be entering the market next spring, selling broilers and wondered if there would be a demand for a whole bird that is skinless? I'm talking about a fryer/broiler, not cut up, but without the skin. Basically, because of the way I process my chickens now, for myself, I cut the skinless parts off the chicken and only freeze the skinless parts. It would be simpler for me to leave the chicken whole. It would be faster and easier and I could therefore process more. But, I don't what to commit to this if there wouldn't be a demand. I personally, would prefer it this way, as I'd just remove the skin, so there isn't any reason to pay for it. So, if you don't mind, let me know what you think?
