i will be going to school 2 days out of the week. from 9am to around 7pm. with an hour or so break in between each class. I will be taking 2 english classes, which means LOTS of papers and essays and such. Now, I want to be able to get some stuff done while on those breaks. So i've done my research and have come to the conclusion that i would like a very BASIC netbook. i'm not looking for a youtube watching, music playing, 7 internet tab opening computer. i just need it for typing up papers, and doing research for said papers. i've seen some netbooks for around 2 or 300 dollars. But some have 4 hour batteries and i'm looking for one that has a battery life of at LEAST 6 hours or so. Thought of maybe getting a tablet with a keyboard accessory but I doubt their batteries last 6+ hours. hopefully you guys know of a netbook under 300$. Any help would be great!

This one caught my eye and checks all the right boxes:

Acer Aspire One AO722-0473 11.6-Inch HD Netbook (Espresso Black)

Good reviews

11.6" screen size (which also means a larger keyboard for all the typing you'll be doing)

2Gb RAM, upgradable to 4Gb

Large memory

Good price with free shipping

7 Hour battery

Light weight

just make sure it has the office software you need. i have 2 android tablets and an kindle fire. the tablets are good for reading and that's it. the screen is so small, and it's tiring to have to move the page around bit by bit to read whatever you are looking at. the kindle is great for playing music and movies. also the keyboard is small. even when using a stylus, it's hard to type. i'd get a mini laptop. they come in 10 inch size.and you can get a 17in laptop for under $300.
