I would like get rid of cable by utilizing a HD TV antenna and a Smart TV. I also would utilize the WD My Book Live Personal Cloud NAS to stream pictures and movies to my TV. Could I attach a USB TV Tuner to my Smart TV and record TV programming onto the WD My Book Live NAS?

No. The USB on your TV is for simple input only (pics, videos, music) and possibly a WiFi dongle if supported.
Antenna input is a separate connector on the TV.

I think this would work.

Using the following USB port connect to the TV and you could wirelessly transfer files to the disk using wifi.

E6 500GB Wi-Fi Wireless Mobile Hard Disk
