Discipline is not hitting, assaulting or spanking!

Discipline is: training expected to produce a specific character or pattern of behavior, especially training that produces moral or mental improvement. Training does not imply a physical assault.

RADIO HEART says:
EXACTLY WHAT THE TITLE SAYS, "New Mexico enacted legislation banning paddling in schools." WHAT GIVES THE SCHOOLS THE RIGHT TO PUNISH THE KIDS WITH PADDLING? 1ST OF ALL IF THE PARENTS WERE DOING THEIR JOBS THE KIDS WOULDN'T NEED PUNISHMENT. PADDLING IS SIMPLY NOT THE ANSWER. oops, didn't realize caps.
