Regarding the "connection interrupted" message; This can occur if the host of the game has quit or had an interrupted connection themselves and there are no other suitable hosts to migrate to. Alternate reasons are an intermittent connection on your end, packet data loss, or the time of day your kids play. Try taking a look at the in-game system info screen and check your in-game NAT type and Bandwidth. This can be found by going to Multiplayer>Options>Select Button(PS3)/Back Button(Xbox).
