Good luck getting a federal prosecutor to do this...they'd be dismissed in a second and the indictments withdrawn. And the States don't actually have jurisdiction over this one...one of those little Constitutional quirks.

A STATE CAN rule him ineligible for their ballot.

I disagree. Just because we don't like the policies we don't crimalize it. Think of all the people that want to do that to Bush because they don't agree with his policies. We have elections and we have a process for criminal action of the executive branch.

Yeah. Saddam Hussein was indicted, tried and hung in Iraq. I guess Wright never heard we caught him hiding in a spider hole years ago. How could he not know that? It was on all the news channels.
