He spent 37% of what GWB spent. You are a total nimcumpoop for not knowing the facts

Howard C. Mayberry, Jr. says:
From the time of his maternal grandparents President Obama's life has been decorated with an assortment of socialists and Marxists like ornaments on an excessively done Christmas tree. His fascination with piling debt upon debt is suggestive of the Cloward-Piven theory. At least three experts in the field of graphics and imagery have analayzed and judged, without challenge, President Obama's most recent "true" birth certificate to be no less counterfeit than those previously offered up. The man is for all intent and purposes our Manchurian President. Take heart----Nov '12 approaches.

Barack Obama is the most brilliant and compassionate man to have ever held this office. No one could have corrected the twisted mess that GWB created in one term. Obama WILL be re-elected...because there will be no viable candidate running against him....and because this country is is not made up of old white men and ignorant rednecks.....

Wow! What a failure means to you is not the same as me. Obama lives in the world of the future. He has a world view, unlike our Congress who are all about greed and backward thinking. Obama will bring our country back to what it should be. A great nation that honors the environment, builds a good infrastucture, and honors all citizens, not just the rich! Obama has a big fight ahead because he is up against the good ole boys who are predudiced and greedy. We need to back the president or we will fail as a country. Asia will rule the world because of people like you. That is what failure means to me.

Watching the 8 "contenders" to the throne, the American people voting for even one of those clowns will get what they deserve. The rest of us will just be collateral damage. The GOP has been true to their words when Obama came in. "Our aim is to do nothing but make sure Obama is a one time president. And NOTHING they have done. Hang the people of this land, they do not count to them. So much for Democracy. Deader than a doornail.
The world is laughing.

Don't blame the Repubs for not passing Obama's latest $457 billion jobs bill. There is no money. Passing it would mean increasing the national debt by another half Trillion dollars. Obama just doesn't understand that government cannot create a real job. The government produces nothing. The government must take money from the taxpayers and give it to someone else in order to create a government job. Obama and the government destroy capital. In short, the bigger government gets the more impoverished the citizens become. Obama is the worst president ever. He must go. My vote would be Herman Cain.

Do you ever pay attention to any news other than the nixon ailes project? You are so misinformed it defies comprehension. The jobs bill would be paid for.

It's so sad that the American people elected such a person of so little experience. I was amazed that Obama could have the support that he had from the Dem. Party. So who is surprised that he will go down and the worst president ever. I think people forgot what makes this country strong. FREEDOM not socialism.

W. Bush sold us out bigtime. Reading J.Keary's book I have learned more about what Bush has done to us. The Repubs are selling us out ( the whole country ) trying to get their club back on top. I have heard 2 respectable Washintonians talking on tv about changing to Parlimentary Proceedures. A big step. I favor doing away with the Republican Party altogether. It could be done. Congress would be a more progressive body to deal with.

To T. H. Hogg (good last name for a diehard GOP apologist): An opinion based on false statements, as yours is, is not worth much. The Republicans were in charge of Congress for first 6 of the 8 Bush years. And Obama was not even in Congress until Bush's second term. By the time Democrats had control beginning in 2007, Bush and his GOP cronies had done unprecedented, colossal damage, which hit all of us later in 2007 and throughout 2008 -- much too soon after the 2006 elections to be attributable to the new Democratic majority. You are obviously a hard-core GOP ideologue, so I know you are justifiably embarrassed that the people YOU supported practically ruined this country in just 6 years (remember the surpluses of the Clinton years before Bush took office?), but your attempt to change history won't fly. You GOP diehards are always talking about others' taking personal responsibility, but you never accept any responsibility for your own actions. You want to know who is responsible for the serious problems of this country? LOOK IN THE MIRROR!!

You are right on. It's fascinating to see the complexion change as we get closer to the new year. The Republican House and the filibustering Senate are trying their best to keep us in a recession mood. Bravo ajaxxa.
