Liberals never wake-up before noon.

This sounds very familiar. Has anyone identified the hand in this sock puppet yet?

Probably another sock puppet.

His sock is rather soiled. He thinks about his Hooters girls too much. At least it is better than Mertins and his fetish regarding Mexican boys.

WHere did I say England didn't have national healthcare??

If you have cash America is great, especially for experimental treatments. As an overall system it is terrible and over priced.

Ok Superman. We all know about mr. waffle and his changing ideas about immigration. Here are some policies that make sence as presented by Gary Johnson...

****
Immigration

America is a land of immigrants. Legal immigration should focus on making it easier and simpler for willing workers to come here with a temporary work visa, pay taxes, contribute to society, and fill jobs as the market demands.

As the former governor of a southern border state, I know fences and walls do not keep out illegal immigrants. Real border security means knowing who is coming here and why.

With workable employer verification systems, smarter border enforcement, and common sense, a national problem can be turned into a national benefit.

The U.S. must adopt two approaches:
1 Simplify Legal Immigration
LEGAL IMMIGRATION STRENGTHENS AMERICA'S ECONOMY AND THE social fabric. It will also strengthen our relationship with our southern neighbor Mexico.
It should be easier for a potential immigrant to get a work visa. Potential immigrants should pass a background check, and then be issued a Social Security card, which would allow them to pay income, payroll, and all other taxes workers pay.
There should be a two-year grace period for illegal immigrants to attain work visas so they can continue contributing to America and begin taking part in American society openly.
Immigrants with temporary work visas should have access to the normal procedures for gaining permanent status and citizenship, and should be able to bring their families to the U.S. after demonstrating ability to support them financially.

2 Tackle Illegal Immigration
REAL BORDER SECURITY MEANS KNOWING WHO IS coming here and why.

Legalizing marijuana will reduce border violence and illegal immigration significantly, decreasing the U.S.-Mexican drug trade by 70 percent. Without a monopoly on the marijuana trade, Mexican drug cartels will have vastly diminished incentives to violate U.S. law and risk capture.
Streamline the legal immigration process to reduce illegal immigration and allow the U.S. to know who enters the country and for what reasons.
Enforce a 'one strike, you're out' rule for immigrants who circumvent the streamlined work visa process.

You have to remember Gary Johnson was para gliding a few years ago in Hawaii and was the first to jump ( I am sure it was after a few big bowls of Hawaii's best Kona Buds).

Well, the wind took Gary "I am am a hippie pothead) Johnson upwards & backwards & he crashed into the tree's going 80 MPH & broke many bones & tore many ligaments in his limbs & destroyed his back.

You sure you want to be putting his policies forward in a public forum?

Just trying to save you from yourself. Gary Johnson couldn't even get 1% in the GOP polls to get into the debates except once.

He did get off probably the best line of the debate season, even though he plagiarized it off a conservative talk show host:

"Governor Johnson: My Neighbor's Dogs Have Created More Jobs Than Obama

Governor Gary Johnson says his neighbor's dogs have created more "shovel ready" jobs than Barack Obama!"

I thought it was funny.

Superman, either you are lying or Fox News is lying. I know how you like to spout things out just to make your position sound more than it is so it must be YOU LIED. To be included in the national Presidential debates he needs to poll at 15%--he is shy of that. But There was no legitimate reason for Johnson to have been excluded from the Republican debates! Some have called it the Gary Johnson rule of exclusion.

"To date, Johnson has been polling between 6 and 9 percent nationally - several points shy of what he needs."

No, you're the liar here.

I might miss a fact by a % but it is still facts based on old reading. No reason for me to fact check every detail in a DISCUSSION.

You're hippie pothead will only get the Ron Paul stoner vote, November 6, 2012. Couldn't be good for Obama.

"Gary Johnson Excluded from June 13 CNN Debate

The second GOP presidential debate will not include one of the candidates who participated in the first. Former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson will not be allowed to participate in the June 13 debate in New Hampshire hosted by CNN, the New Hampshire Union Leader and WMUR.

The seven hopefuls on stage that night will include former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, businessman Herman Cain, Texas Rep. Ron Paul, and former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, all of whom participated in the first debate of the season in Greenville, S.C . which aired on Fox News on May 5.

There will be three debate newcomers, Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney. CNN says invitations were also sent to former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman, Sarah Palin, Rudy Giuliani, Mike Huckabee, Donald Trump and Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels. Huntsman, Palin and Giuliani declined to attend, and Huckabee, Trump and Daniels have now announced they will not run.

Johnson participated in the May 5 debate, but was not invited to participate in the New Hampshire debate. A source in the Johnson campaign tells Fox News, "No reason was given, other than being told by CNN before this morning's announcement that they would be applying `objective criteria'. Otherwise, we have heard nothing other than the announcement of who would be participating."

On their website CNN lists the "objective criteria" for participation in the New Hampshire debate as follows:

"1. A candidate must have received an average of at least 2.00 % in at least three national polls released between April 1 and April 30 that were conducted by the following: ABC, AP, Bloomberg, CBS, CNN, FOX, Gallup, Los Angeles Times, Marist, McClatchy, NBC, Newsweek, Pew, Quinnipiac, Reuters, USA Today and Time.

2. A candidate must have received an average of at least 2.00 % in at least three national polls released between May 1 and May 31 that were conducted by the following: ABC, AP, Bloomberg, CBS, CNN, FOX, Gallup, Los Angeles Times, Marist, McClatchy, NBC, Newsweek, Pew, Quinnipiac, Reuters, USA Today and Time.

3. A candidate must have received an average of at least 2.00 % in polls of New Hampshire voters conducted by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center released between May 1 and May 31."

Johnson, whose strategy focuses heavily on New Hampshire where his libertarian-leaning philosophy stands a better chance than in other early states like Iowa or South Carolina.

"I respect the right of CNN and the other sponsors of the June 13 New Hampshire Republican presidential primary debate to apply their own criteria and invite who they choose," Johnson's campaign said in a statement released Friday. "What will be missing is the voice of those who hold an undiluted view of individual liberty..." he continued.

Superman has been around for quite a while now. Does anyone have an answer to the OP yet? Is he for real? Does anyone think that he is really a clever liberal pretending to be a crazy right-wingnut just to get independents to side with the liberals? Now that would be diabolically clever indeed.

So THIS is where everyone has been. What a gusher of adult attention.

You do get that he's 13, right?

A week ago I put everybody on Ignore who abuses apostrophes. It's been interesting. I live in fear of having to Ignore myself.

Nice thread, though.

At the moment the massive cuts to it and the partial privatization, corruption and collusion between government and business to dismantle the system.

Before it was wait times, inefficiency and geographic inequity. Bearing in mind that this is down the pub chatter, but everyone likes to have a good moan, don't they? Especially the Brits!
