The most important policy he could address in his second term is climate change.

Truthseeker says:
Whoever becomes President in January 2013 should have JOBS and ECONOMY on top of their priority list.
And the key to JOBS is Fossil fuels - we have over 1 trillion barrels of oil reserves alone and untold trillions of barrels of shale gas.

Manufacturing is coming back to America because of cheap gas.

Don't blow it, because of some crackpot belief in CO2 causing global warming not backed-up by evidence and good science!

Complete exaggerations and nonsense.

Some facts for the egay brainwashed by AGW propoganda:
My still unpublished book documents many more facts which prove conclusively that the public is being fed a whole load of cherrypicked hot junk in order to be brainwashed into global warming nonsense. Fortunately it is not working.

TORNADOES

Tornadoes
Much has been hyped about the recent spate of tornado activity in the United States in 2011 and 2012. What do the facts tell us?
Most tornadoes in single 24-hour outbreak
The April 25-28, 2011 tornado outbreak is the most prolific tornado outbreak in US history. It produced approximately 358 tornadoes, with 206 of those in a single 24-hour period. 335 deaths occurred in that same 24-hour time period of which 322 were tornado related.
The outbreak has also helped smash the record for most tornadoes in the month of April with 770 tornadoes, more than double the prior record (267 in April 1974).
The overall record for a single month was 542 in May 2003, which was also broken.
but....
Largest outbreak in the fall
Most tornado outbreaks occur in the spring, but there is a secondary peak of tornado activity in the fall. In 1992, 95 tornadoes broke out in 41 hours of continuous tornado activity from November 21 to 23. Many other very large outbreaks have occurred in the fall, especially in November and early December
Longest continuous outbreak
Under most definitions, the November 1992 tornado outbreak is also the longest continuous tornado outbreak, and among the largest in geographic scope, as well.
Most tornadoes spawned from a hurricane
The greatest number of tornadoes spawned from a hurricane is 117 from Hurricane Ivan in 2004
10 deadliest American tornadoes
9 of the 10 deadliest tornadoes on record occurred many decades or more than a century ago with no specific trend with relation to time period. The deadliest was in 1925. See table below.

Again a cautionary note: the above table only documents tornadoes recorded in the past 150 years, which is 0.00000375% of Earth's geologic history. Extreme tornadoes which may have occurred in ages past are not taken into consideration, given that no data is available.

V. Examples of cold weather in recent years

In this chapter, I shall not mention "extreme" hot weather events in contemporary times. The reader can easily refer to television programs and articles in both the pseudoscience and mainstream media have been, and continue to be cherry-picked and puffed-up. I recommend the Huffington Post, if the reader wishes to be enlightened with a comprehensive list of recent blistering weather events, such as the 2010 Russian heat wave, the 2011 Texan heat wave, the very mild winter in 2011 in the Eastern and Central United States, the early cherry blossom in Washington, D.C. on 2012, to name but a few sizzling "excesses" of Mother Nature. By no means am I denying that these hot weather events happened. But the showering of record hot weather with hyperbole, while at the same time ignoring, concealing, minimizing and/or explaining away record cold weather, is tantamount to a de-facto exaggeration and distortion of the true situation, derived from a predetermined conclusion.

AGW is a JOKE!

Truthseeker says:
"The weather and climate are changing."

Of course it is. The climate has been constantly changing for the past 4 billion years!
Temps during the last interglacial period were 5C higher than today for example. CO2 concentration was lower. So why was it significantly warmer?

The Little Ice Age wiped out half the population of Europe. CO2 concentration increased since the start of the Industrial Revolution but temperatures kept falling until the early 20th century. WHY
Etc.

"We keep setting record temperatures."

What's a record? 100 years is 0.0000025% of the Earth's history.
AGWers really lost it when they tried to blame recent COLD records on global warming when only a decade ago, they predicted the end of snow. A web of escalating lies. Do they really think people are so stupid that they will continue to believe their preconceptual rationalizations with zero basis in fact?

=> Open your eyes. Go educate yourself about the world. It has always changed. It is ALIVE unlike the dead Mars you wish it to be. Oh, and by the way, you were born with a brain right. Start using it.

Good luck getting anything done assuming he does get re-elected. He still won't have 60 votes in the Senate, so it'll be another 4 years of .....whatever it is we have now.
