*I notice you were unable to refute what I said. Which was that the Republicans love this country so much (NOT!) that they have actively worked together to insure the guy trying to fix 8 years of their disastrous leadership will fail. They could care less if their constituents are struggling, the only important thing is making sure nothing improves while the black guy is in the White House.

Duh, when you see the policies as dangerous. Stalin and Mao succeeded to the detement of their countries. Obama has succeeded he got his legislation through and the country is suffering. Wanting Obama to fail would have been blocking Obama Care, Dod Frank and the Stimulus and the high debt.

Obama is not the country and the desire was that he could fail so the country could succeed.

Yeah, that strong "defense" of this country (though how invading and occupying two countries who never attacked us qualifies as defense is pretty dubious) is responsible for squandering a surplus, running up huge debt (Bush is the only pres to start two wars while lowering taxes) killing and maiming thousands of our young people and killing hundreds of thousands of people overseas.

The world has not been made safer by these actions, indeed, it only resulted in making people who were sympathetic to us immediately after 911, despise Americans. We are now spending 750+ million dollars a year on "defense", which forces us to cut programs that actually help the poor and middle class which has directly led to our own citizens struggling even more.

The only people who have profited from this are the vulture capitalists who supply the war machine - in other words, Bush and Cheney's best pals.

Neo-con should be a curse word to every thinking person who loves America.

We have been effective in dealing with Terrorism and we have stopped the esclation of attacks since the 80s. We have two fewer countries that are effective bases for terrorism.

So you are a Newt supporter the individual most responsible for those sirpluses.

...and you're still without a clue as to what a neo-con is.

hint #2; neo-con and RINO are pretty much interchangeable.

Reagan was against nation-building. Neocons are for nation building.
Reagan was for closing bases and reducing the size of the military while putting more money into things like the giant space laser they never got around to.

when the economy begins to recover under President Romney maybe then you will understand why it is imperative for the prosperity and economic health of this country to get this inexperienced, marxist theory-loving boob out ASAP.

No as a movement it started when liberals departed from the ideology over domestic welfare programs like the New Deal. And they are culturally conservative.

You can look it up but that would probably take typing more than you seem to be able to manage without throwing in an insult.

They are for nation-building, globalization, anti-protectionism unlike traditional conservatives like Pat Buchanan. HW Bush was considered a neoconservative because he was one of the original authors of NAFTA which is another way some think he parted ways with the Reagan ideology. He was opposed over this by Conservative Ross Perot in the election he lost to Clinton.

"The Republicans are always destroying the economy."

Not always. Sometimes they have to wait while the Democrats have their turn.

J. Brandt says:
Let me remind you that Clinton (Democrat...remember him?) helped get rid of the Glass-Stegall Act which prevented banks from the insanity that they have returned to. FDR and Congress got banks under control and stopped the banking/investment nonsense and Clinton went right in and tore up Glass-Stegall. His Secretary of Treasury? Rubin....he couldn't wait for Clinton to help get rid of the Glass-Stegall Act and then Rubin went out into the banking world and made a fortune.

The next time you and your liberals blame the Republicans for everything? When you point your finger THREE fingers point back at you.

When you write, "Republicans are the sole reason for the economic crash of 2008" it shows you are brainless at best. Get your head out of your ****, pal.

You can move on now....the socialist meeting meets near your house somewhere, I'm sure.

Next door to your fascist meeting I am sure.

In reply to an earlier post on Jun 18, 2012 3:40:57 PM PDT

No...I won't be there, but people like you? Yes, because you think government (and more government) is good just like those good old fascists of old.

This was a hot topic of discussion... in the 1950s.

Today - not so much.
