Why Are Republicans Purging Voter Roles If They Support The Constitution?

Et asks: "So, what in your infinite wisdom is the answer? FL apparently has many non-citizens on its rolls."

Not compared to the number of actual eligible voters Scott tried to purge.

The answer is instead of purging the rolls using a list of "suspects", investigate and verify each of the "suspects" and if they are ineligible, remove them.

It's that presumed innocent thing. Voting rights and the presumption of innocence with the onus on the state to prove otherwise.

I know it's a new concept for republicans, but it might grow on you.

WHACKED says: "Apparently, "in no way qualified" doesn't mean much in elections lately."

All you have to do is look at Sarah Palin, John Boehner, Christine O'Donnell, or Michele Bachmann to understand that.

ET says:
How do you know how many eligible voters Scott tried to purge? You don't because the list has not been exhausted.

This goes back to the database that the Feds wouldn't allow FL to use; I wonder why? Could it possibly be that the Feds want illegals to vote because they usually vote Democrat?

Hey Et - did you know that most of the websites I looked at when I was verifying that states declare you ineligible to vote when you register in a new state also have toll free numbers to report voter fraud.

Since I don't know your name, when, or where your voter fraud incident happened, I can't report you. But it is interesting.

States besides Florida are actively pursuing real voter fraud. I still find it amazing that you can post here in support of voter purges while by your own admission you committed voter fraud.

And I will state again that I think you were due a vote. You just chose to vote illegally in a state where you were no longer registered since you were there and your name was still on the rolls.

Have you notified that state that you need to be taken off the rolls, by chance?

I am only going by the investigations being reported where they have been manually verifying each voter - what Scott should have done - and the ratio is THREE actual legal and eligible voters for every ONE ineligible.

Those were the stats so far. I don't know if the research has been finished or not but think it has.

All you need to do is search for it. You're a teacher. This should be familiar: I am not going to do your homework for you.

Next time you have surgery done, are you going to hire the janitor because he has a big ol' smile and he talks loud? You'll get the same results that's we've seen from almost 4 years of Obama.
Disaster.

Why are you posting the same information in multiple threads?

ET says:
One county found over 40 illegal voters, and it wasn't Miami-Dade. Your info is lacking, I believe.

ET says:
If this were real research, I wouldn't allow you near it because you obviously don't know how to conduct it. You can't just go with SOME of the info.

Et asks: "Why are you posting the same information in multiple threads?"

Because you are.

In reply to an earlier post on Jun 16, 2012 10:37:44 AM PDT
So would you commit voter fraud again if you were given the chance?

Nope, not much going on. Can't work on the house or yard with the rain so just doing my part to expose the corruption and lies of the right.

I know you wanted this thread to just go away, Et, but it illustrates republican hypocrisy just oh so well...

ET says:
I have no problem with this thread. Why would I want it to go away?

In reply to an earlier post on Jun 21, 2012 6:08:48 AM PDT
Because you reveal that you committed voter fraud yet you also support purging legitimate voters from the rolls.

In reply to an earlier post on Jun 21, 2012 6:11:34 AM PDT
ET says:
Again, why would I want the thread to disappear? It doesn't bother me at all. I understand that it, in some crazy way, validates you, so I'm happy to play along.

And for everyone else, the post where Et describes how she committed voter fraud is on the second page, about half way down the page.

Your assertions are contradictory and skewed to an agenda - a party/ideological agenda. An anti-American, and anti-Constitutional agenda. The government function to prove voter eligibility (or fraud) is performed through the very series of checks and balances in place, before, and after the ballot is cast. Albeit, imperfectly. You are proposing to remove some of those imperfect checks and balances, making it harder for the government - the People/government of the People - to employ what little common sense is left in the political system, and do their due diligence. Moreover, illegals are criminals like any other - they break simple, legitimate laws designed to protect our citizenry from criminals, and various other infections that might enter across our borders. It's no more complicated than washing one's hands before they eat. Occupy, today's new Bolsheviks, wish to dissolve all borders and Constitutional law. While dissolving Political Parties from the American ballot is a desirable tactic and end, destroying our Republic is not. www.usliberty.org

Is this what you want everyone to see?

I did vote in one state when I no longer lived there. I had moved and registered in the new state, but on election day, I was in my home state due to a brother's illness. I was annoyed that I was going to miss voting and decided to see if I had been purged. Luckily, I had not been, so I was able to cast my vote for president. If I had driven home that day, I could have voted in my new state and actually cast two votes for president. Wouldn't that have a been fun? Yes, I would have been guilty of voter fraud.

William Kitsch says: "An anti-American, and anti-Constitutional agenda."

Really? Saying that only people that truly are not eligible to vote should be purged from the voter rolls? That is "anti-American and anti-Constitutional"?

I suppose that you think taking legitimate US citizen voters off the voting rolls and keeping them from voting is somehow American and Constitutional?

Do you even know what the Constitution says? It guarantees rights. One of the fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution is the right to vote.

How can you possibly support taking that away from the people who legally and legitimately are entitled to vote?

In reply to an earlier post on Jun 21, 2012 6:21:49 AM PDT
Kitsch, all you are doing is pumping your book and trying to hijack threads to do it.

Is this all the right has to offer? Just a bunch of opportunists and frauds lying to pump their way to money?
