seen that diminishing pyramid.
If we used the feed we feed animals to kill for food, and just ate the plant food instead, we could eliminate hunger
and anglo amiercans would not be now running around eating one another

it is indeed much healthier to eat lightly on the go several times a day than to sit down and stuff your face a few times

"Personally, if I were to try vegan, I'd still stick with eggs and/or milk"

then you would NOT be going vegan

anyway milk is very unhealthy, particularly for adults
I stopped my life long cold like symptoms as soon as I stopped milk

and also lost considerable weight.

D. Mertins says:
There's not enough research done to know anything about it.

Not only that, but there's reason to believe their offspring are more prone to deficiencies and disease

Face it, humans have developed over millions of years. You can't just change their diets in one generation and expect all to be well.

C. Scanlon says:

C. Scanlon says:
for most of those millions of years, right up to a hunderd years ago if that long, the bulk of our diet was vegetable, not animal

and you are right, you cannot change the diet overnight, and we are paying for going carnivore

seen the cancer rates?

vegans are more disease free than you diseased meat eaters

D. Mertins says:
You're trying to blame cancer on meat? Get real, no one knows what all causes cancer.

The freaking sun does, who knows what other all "natural" things are all doing to us.

The data just isn't in, so it's foolish to change until you know what to change.

Your best bet is moderation.

D. Mertins says:
That could have more to do with an individual's genetics.

Also, how about their offspring? How about generations down the road?

There simply are not enough studies to prove anything yet.

When you say there is reason to believe that the offspring of vegans are more prone to deficiences and disease, what reasearch are you referring to?
