Here's your Free Pill: don't Reproduce yourself.

The Uplifting Message from Liberal Democratic Men to Liberal Women.

That is one of the most absurd posts I have seen. Why do conservatives make up a lie then run with it, until they convince other conservatives it's factual? Are they that desperate they have to resort to lies?

At NO time has any liberal female asked for free birth control pills. NEVER! Not one liberal has asked for anyone to pay for their co-pays. What utter nonsense with no basis in fact!

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 5, 2012 9:40:25 PM PST
not so

sandra fluke did ask for it and on national tv
in front of a congressional committee
she wants free BC for her
which was a crock since she is reportedly a lezzie
just making political points for the dems

BRNIZED says:
Obviously you weren't paying attention to what that was about. First, she wasn't asking for anything for herself; second: she was asking for the pill to be included in health insurance, using a friend of her's as an example. This friend has a condition which is treated with hormones (the pill). It appears conservatives are unaware of other medical uses for the pill! She also did NOT want it to be free, that was Limbaugh shouting that over and over again! He claimed she wanted the pill for herself..not true at all. He claimed she wanted it for free..also not true; he claimed she wanted it for her life-style..another lie. Limbaugh is an entertainer who doesn't think he has to tell the truth; he just needs to keep his audience coming back..job security.

Before spreading his lies, you might want to find out the truth.

DRM: how do you feel about state mandated child support?

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 5, 2012 11:46:36 PM PST
Rose,

A life style pill is viagra, and those similar. Those that want to control their own "health" are lifestyle only in the same sense that arthritis and diabetic medicine make people's life simplier ;-)

No one ever died of "limp"!!!

The new manufactured "civil" right: The Right For Others to pay for your birth control.

While people who have insurance still have to pay a co-payment for their prescription for antibiotics that could prevent further infection and disease.

Wow, Liberal Women are Really Oppressed by Bad Republicans who Refuse To Fund Their Lifestyle Pill.

You can have your lifestyle pill but don't ask us to Give It To You For Free, Middle Class Entitled Female Law Students...

DRM,

I"m not sure where you live, but every year certain prescription antibiotics are free in my state and many of the neighboring states too.

Sorry, birth contr0l pills are not lifestyle pills. Besides being used for things other than birth control, like endrometriosis, many many many families chose not to have children, some because it would endanger the life of the woman. If I were you I'd rail against IVF: it is expensive and a life style "choice".

BRNIZED says:
I used the term "life style" because that was the term used by Limbaugh over and over again. It was also the term used by the person I was responding to. The bill also fits under life style, such as a promiscuous life style.

DRM, why do you and other conservatives insist o keeping up the lies? What do you get out of it? Is that your sick way of having fun?

NO LIBERAL WOMAN HAS ASKED FOR FREE BIRTH CONTROL PILLS!!!

Check out what you pst before making yourself look so foolish. The law student testified, not for herself, but for a friend who has endometriosis and needs the pill for that! She DID NOT ask for it to be free; she asked for it to be included with other medicines covered by insurance. Shame on you for lying about a young law student trying to help a friend! Your fellow right wingers must be so proud of you. I know Limbaugh would be, for spreading the lies he kept shouting for three days, in spite of being corrected. He only stopped after sponsors started pulling their ads, and some of his more informed listeners told him he had gone too far. Didn't stop you though!

she is reportedly a lezzie

LMW: does that mean that you and the horse you "rode in on" will not be sharing a threesome with her?

C. Batty says:
Bypass surgery and insulin because you choose to eat a diet of fast food burgers and candy bars is also a lifestyle treatment. Insurance covers those.

I don't know Rose. Why do libs make up lies like "Jeep Ex says Romney is full of sh..." (he was talking about Trump) - Ann Romney, crazy" - "Romney will ban abortions" - "Romney worships a God named Kolob"?

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 6, 2012 6:16:38 AM PST
then they need a new name for those pills
put a different label on it even if its the same stuff
just like sugar pills and placebos get fancy names

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 6, 2012 6:17:19 AM PST
sandra fluke did

why do you liberals lie all the time

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 6, 2012 6:18:11 AM PST
not for long

when the libs see how much obama care costs and they have everyone covered then they move on to stage 2 which is telling you what you have to eat

rose,

we had a pharmacy refuse to give our administrative assistant triple the "normal" script of birth control, even though that is what the prescription said. It was for endometriosis, too. That was in the 70's, and the pharmacist said that she was selling them to friends and she shouldn't need them. After a few boughts we managed to get her script --- I think it took the doctor plus a manager!!! It seems that she then had problems with the formulary not covering the quantity she needed. So yes, she wanted them covered, and no she didn't want them free! I remember b/c being $30/month --- I don't remember whether that was the 20% or full charge!

C. Batty,

Not all diabetics are eating fast food and candy bars, or are in fact overweight. And not all bypass surgery is because of a life-style either. But I thought my point was they are as much lifestyle as birth control!

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 6, 2012 1:02:19 PM PST
horse,

They have a separate name, it just that everyone calls them birth control pills.

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 6, 2012 1:03:04 PM PST
horse,

are you not aware that WIC already does that?

Seriously?! Do you really know so little about diabetes and heart disease? What causes each of them? Obviously you are clueless. Before you make totally erroneous statements like that, you really should learn more about what you intend to talk about.

BRNIZED says:
I understand facts and I understand lies. It is hardly quibbling, when correcting wide differences between the truth and what she said. I responded to the lies told by Limbaugh, that the right was so eager to believe.

1. she wasn't speaking for herself at all..she was representing another female
2. she did not ask for the pill to be free
3. she wanted the committee to understand there are serious medical conditions the pill is used for, which was the case she was talking about
4 she never mentioned anything about wanting the pill for having wanton sex. She didn't want it for herself at all!
5. she was advocating the pill be cover by insurance in the same way antibiotics are. nothing more

If you think that's quibbling, then you are very strange!

Apparently you don't understand the difference between lies and the truth.
Logic had nothing to do with parroting the lies told by Limbaugh!
