homeland security is a joke, more of a data mining mechanism.

I could see the lunch truck being dangerous, if this was Grand Theft Auto, and you carjacked it, picked up a prostitute, ran her over to get your money back, and then ran over a group of pedestrians and motorcyclists, and then ditched it in traffic when it was on fire and about to explode.

I think the US has bigger problems than an unlicensed hot dog vendor with an accent. *rolls eyes*

Big Brother tactics in your backyard, eh? Yeah, we've got FBI spy cameras here as well.

Give them the finger for me, Kilgore, next time you drive by. Thanks in advance.

There are a lot of cameras being set up to catch license plate numbers along highways.

The local police used their federal grant money to buy automated speed traps. They're easy to avoid, though, as the radar is always on and my radar detector alerts on them way ahead of time. By the time I'm in range, I'm going a couple miles per hour under the speed limit. I understand that you don't actually get a ticket in the mail unless you're going at least 6 over, though. This is to avoid a bunch of angry people who were only going like 36 in a 35.

Now the police are too freaking fat and lazy to sit their ass in the cop car and catch their own speeders..... Unbelievable.

And they call it "land of the free". In name only, maybe.
