On several occasions I've gotten credits for Amazon mp3s, but I can never find in my account area where that balance is located? Any idea how to find out what your mp3 credit balance is?

Yes, that's true. But it sure would be nice to be able to check on the balance.

I always have this problem as well. I just navigate around until I find it then forget where it is. I recently bought some books, and am supposed to get $5 mp3 credit. I have not received the email saying I have the credit, so I want to check.

Ok, I have figured this out. When you view an mp3 album or track you will see a blue star with a dollar sign in it, and the words "Redeem a gift card or promotion code & view balance" next to it in the right corner of the screen underneath the buy button. That will give you a pop up. I don't see my credits after over 24 hours wtf.

Unfortunately, gift card and mp3 balances are totally separate and can't be seen in the same place. But thanks for your reply.

Shame that it is such a pain in the ass to check a balance. That's kind of important information. Thank c'est moi.

this link should work, then just book mark it for future reference http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html/ref=amb_link_354053122_1?ie=UTF8&gcIsProcess=1&gcpcCode=7P9V-BLKJNW-QZFZ63&docId=1000296831&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=right-1&pf_rd_r=02XDG687FPZK2H62RTY3&pf_rd_t=1401&pf_rd_p=1283575622&pf_rd_i=1000477021#gc

Simply bookmark this page.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?ie=UTF8&docId=1000296831

Click on "Enter your code" button, even if you have no Amazon code would show you various Amazon credits/balances.

Ah! I figured it out (finally). If you go to the MP3 Store page (Amazon.com -> MP3s & Cloud Player) then on the left, it will say "Redeem a Gift Card" and if you click on that then on "Enter Your Code" you'll be able to see your balance.

Thank you also for the link! I used that link first and it worked!

1. Go to this Amazon link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html/ref=amb_link_359089662_3?ie=UTF8&docId=1000300641&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=1TN60V788V8T9P86CZWF&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=1342311722&pf_rd_i=2479514011#gc
2. Bookmark the link for next time in your web browser.
3. Sign into Amazon.
4. Click "Enter Your Code".
It shows your balance for mp3, video, or whatever else they have available.
I just purchased an $0.89 song, so now it said $4.11 remaining.

Thank you and good night.

Any way to find out when the credits expire? I got two separate offers with credits that expire on two different dates. I can keep track of the dates from the individual offer emails but wonder if there is a way to view those on Amazon.
