Agree about The Rolling Stones.

And I would also add Bruce Springsteen, U2, Bon Jovi and (please don't hurt me) The Grateful Dead to the list.

Well Hallowed Be Your Name - I am glad I don't have your problem with those three.

But for the most famous boring bands I would have to go with
Coldplay & Radiohead

Most boring...well THE most boring is without doubt the Grateful Dead. After that, any metal band that thinks they have something to add to the metal ouevre since Ace Of Spades. Let's be honest, Metallica, Megadeth, Black Dahlia...yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn. They should all have benn "Killed By Death"!!

Bill Laine says:
James "monotone" Taylor for sure. (Maybe I'm just peeved because if you wanted to hang with a sincere-college-girl type you got force fed his sappy three-note drones.

Never understood how deadheads could listen to Jerry Garcia play practice scales ad nauseum.

I actually like Phil Collins, though I will admit, "Take Me Home" should be buried twenty feet underneath tons of concrete. As I've said in other forums, I have never liked that song, not even the first time.
