Many through the years, but currently it's Lacuna Coil. I have their entire catalog including the live DVD and have seen them live twice this year.

Is the intent of the OP for music artists, who fit all 3 categories? If so, the only answer I can come up with is: TOOL(and I could add Art-Rock as a 4th label to describe them, as I thought they were a Metal version of Radiohead, as I do not listen to any other Metal Bands, but I love TOOL for some reason. Great headphone music to listen to when in the mood for a heavier rock sound).

The Sword
Paradise Lost

The Gaslight Anthem
Chris Robinson Brotherhood
Crash Kings

Dream Theater
Spock's Beard

These bands are my current favorite's, not my all time faves as those would be old school bands as well.
