I loved Beautiful Disaster and Thoughtless. I have also read Forbidden and enjoyed it. What are some other angst ridden romances that are just as good? I prefer Kindle books. Thank you!!

If you'll just look beyond the first page of the board, you will find several threads about those books and similar reads.

Fifty Shades of Grey
Love Unscripted
Rock Me (Ross Siblings Book 2)
Blindsided (With the Band Book 1)
Reason to Breathe (The Breathing Series #1)
Perfect Chemistry (A Perfect Chemistry Novel Book 1)
I assume you have also read the squeal to "Thoughtless' called 'Effortless'. Anyway heres a list of books that I enjoyed. Lots of angst. But Beautiful Disaster and Thoughtless are kinda one of a kind so these are enjoyable books but I wouldn't try to compare them. And as diremommy pointed out there are alot of other discussions on these books if you want more book sugesstions.

S.C. Stephens is the author to 'Thoughtless & 'Effortless'. The link below is I believe the first 4 chapters for free. Both books are going to be on Kindle
soon but theres still no release date. I got it because someone email it to me when both books were online for free.

Ashley-Thanks for the help

No problem. They are really good and very orginal books. But I most warn you that the h in 'Thoughtless' is very hard to like and you want to throw the book down in frustration because of her actions. But 'Effortless' was such an amazing follow up story and redeamed all.

I just spent an hour reading BD reviews over on GR, I laugh until I cried. They are comparing BD to crack & black tar heroin! Lol

Also on JM facebook page she said she has a big announcement about BD that she will reveal by Friday :) I am dying to know what it is.
There is also an AWESOME picture of Travis for our viewing pleasure :)

TrishaLouise - Will you post what the announcement is on here? I don't go to facebook, so I might not get to hear it.

Here's her announcement today:

Author Jamie McGuire
News? What news? I have no news. Just kidding! I have been furiously trying to reestablish my internet connection (which was out for 24 hours! Gasp!) to make good on my promise to announce something exciting. That announcement is: Beautiful Disaster will be available in print as soon as Justin McClure finishes the cover. (No pressure, Justin. Only thousands of fans waiting.) That is all. Oh...squee with me, and then tell all your friends!

Ugh! I though maybe she was going to announce a pub date for BD written from Travis's point of view. I heard she was writing that. Dang.

Forever Mine by Elizabeth Reyes - I love Angel Moreno

Maybe there's a way to make a list of titles and authors of all reccs for books like BD and Thoughtless?
you know, like they did in the Dont shoot me thread? Like Ashley did above but including other reccs as well?
Ive been keepin track of books mentioned in other threads similar to this one but gosh my notes are all over the show on my desk, diary, blackberry, etc - I dont have a neat list that I can refer to.
Im willing to help if you tell me how. If I post a list today and find some more next week for eg. can I just edit it then or does the edit button fall away after a while?

Beeg Panda - If you are talking about Unwritten Rules, it was a pretty good book. Screwed up H because he put his brother in a wheel chair and a semi normal h. The H takes all kinds of antidepressants so he can function and is in a band. Can't remember what the h does. It was a good book, the dark secret is the crippled brother and there is a HEA.

Yes MBAButterfly - its Unwritten Rules - thanks. How does it compare with BD and thoughtless?

Here's some more reccs - I havent tried them all, they come well recommended (see link below)
* Unholy Ghosts (Downside Ghosts) by Stacia Kane
* Backstage Pass (Sinners on Tour) by Olivia Cunning (read this one and it was good. Hot and heavy though lol)
* Lover Awakened by J.R. Ward (read it and you CANNOT go wrong - what a tortured soul indeed)
* Across The Hall - NM Facile

B.E. love - re:The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer" by Michelle Hodkin

Yes I really want to know more because the synopsis is so vague and yet look at the reviews - heres one from goodreads:

" Now for the romance....sigh. Michelle Hodkin is trying to kill us with this romance. Heart attacks and swooning will ensue. Noah, Noah, Noah. He is everything you love!I guarantee it! He even has an accent! He's also a bit of a bad boy with a reputation. He's just....Whoa. I'm gushing, huh?"

Thats just makes me want to find out more and hope its even a leeeeeetle bit like BD. Just to give me a bit of a BD fix. this book is also likend to Twilight i see
