Hey everyone! This is probably a long shot, but I am looking for 2 books I read years ago. I am hoping someone might be able to help me remember the titles.

Book #1 - I believe might have been an HP from the 1980s or 1990s. The H is a radio dj, the h is the younger sister of the H's best friend. Either the H or the h wins a trip to Hawaii so they go together as friends. They end up in the same hotel room and end up sleeping together on the trip. The H doesn't want the brother to find out. I remember a scene in the rain after an argument. I also remember the H describing how the h used to pester him when he would visit her brother as kids. He told her he remembered her crawling around in a white dress trying to sneak up on them. This is all I can remember.

Book #2 - I can't remember the publisher, but it was a Historical I read in the 90's. The cover I believe had a red haired woman and a waterfall. The H and h are travelling by ship (she might have been kidnapped or saved from attempted kidnapping). They are stranded together on an island. I remember she is described as red-haired and emerald eyes. I think they make shelter in a cave, and their is a waterfall or warm-pool where they bathe.

Any help on either of these would be greatly appreciated!!

Is book #2 The Windflower? I read it long time ago, but I think it had a similar plot.

I believe this is #1

The Flip Side by Vicki Lewis Thompson

So much was at stake . . .
Amy Hobson had invested in a piece of Hawaii, and she was dying to see it. Entering a radio station's hula contest didn't win her the first-prize trip, but it did renew her friendship with dynamic deejay Jack Bond.

When Amy's Hawaiian paradise proved to be a catastrophe, Jack was a friend, indeed. But gradually she realized that his brotherly affection was turning into ardent desire. Desperate though she was to make love to him, she feared everything would change. Was she ready to risk a friend to find a lover?

For #2 it may also be Fortune's Mistress (An Avon Romantic Treasure) by Judith E. French, if it's not The Windflower.

I think #2 may be "Always" by Ginna Gray.

Maybe Inside Paradise by Elizabeth Turner?

INNOCENT TEMPTATION

In the custody of her tyrannical grandfather who preaches against the evils of sin, spirited Kincaid dreams of escape. And it is her innocent independence which thrusts her into danger, and into the seductive arms of her rescuer, sea captain Nathan Thorne.

SWEET SEDUCTION

Nathan is fiercely attracted to the fiery young missionary he rescues front a crazed kidnapper, yet he valiantly tries to keep his distance. But their solitary journey back to safety through the secluded topical paradise tests their willpower to the limits--and neither can resist the sinfully sweet temptation that is theirs to savor.
