HJ Leonard says:
So by now, many of us/you have read these books and realize how similar they are.

Also, it's really difficult to find others that are similar. They're out there, but where?

Let us know what you've found, and what makes it similar to 50 and BTY.

Edited to add -

Please do not make lending request or offers on this thread.

Yes, I know. This isn't the same. This thread was started by request from others on the 'Books similar to Fifty Shades and Fifty Shades Darker' thread.

So, no one has any recs for books that are similar to both Bared to You and Fifty Shades?

Lisa says:
Okay I can give one rec: Anything He Wants (Dominated By The Billionaire) and Anything He Wants 2: All's Fair (Dominated By The Billionaire) by Sara Fawkes. He's rich, she works as a temp. who see each other everyday on the elevator. He offers her a deal to be his companion. I hesitated to give this rec because the storyline is incomplete and two pts offered are very short (total of 1000 locations for BOTH bks) and pricey. Pt 3 s/b out soon.

Melanie says:
Lisa, I enjoyed both Sara Fawkes stories as well. I don't understand why she is releasing them in such short installments, however. At least I got the first one when it was free.

I read 50 shades and like the genre but thought there are more believable books out there than 50. I thought Clifftop Fantasies by Cassidy Browning was very well written and believable, BTY of course was a good book and a recent series that just had the second one in the series released call Saving Sunni by kasi Alexander (the first one was Becoming Sage) was great. Alexander's books involve polyamory, BDSM and power exchange and are handled in a mature and exciting way. I would highly recommend any of these books.

Lisa says:
Mel: I know, it's driving me crazy. These short offerings are like moments. The two pts only make up less than 48 hours. I wish she had waited until it was all completed.

I almost feel like sarah fawkes is releasing it in such small sections to make more money. I think the second part is $2.99 for a really short part when i have gotten used to paying $3 to $6 for a whole book. I paid 99 cents for part one. i know her goal is to make money of course and obviously people are buying it and recommending it. So...

I really enjoyed "Anything he wants" by Sara Fawkes even though it was annoyingly short. If you liked that and 50 shades there's a new one out by Vivien Sparx called 'Her Master's Voice' I finished it this afternoon and loved it!! I found it a bit more fulfilling then 'Anything he wants'.
It's got an Alpha male character and love affair erotica...

I would put Gabriel's Rapture (Gabriel's Inferno Series) on this list as similar based upon the emotional intensity of the relationship between the H and h. I wasn't sold on the first book in the series, but Rapture was excellent.

I just read this, the theme of 'virgin gets dominated by bad boy millionaire with dark sex fetishes' definitely can be found in Maid for It (An Erotic Novella) (Maids for It) It's a novella though.

bump

I am warning that any poster who recommends Bared to You will be subject to relentless ridicule.

The thread "books similar to fifty shades..." is beyond hopeless.
