The Unwanted Wife by Anders, Natasha

It sounds identical to another book I've read with a different title. Does anybody know about this book? Thanks.

Under the info about Ms Anders I tried to post this question where it says start a new discussion and the page would not let me post. Strange. Does Ms Anders write under a different name and is this a book that has been brought back? I did not see a date for the book. Of course, since it is a digital book I can notify Amazon and return it. I just want the site to be forth coming about the book - whether it is old or new. I cannot remember the names of all the ebooks I read and while I have a list on my personal page it would take a lot of time to do the research.

Hi sunfun! The Unwanted Wife is one of those "it" books - it's getting a lot of run on the Romance forum. I haven't readi it myself, but you may want to have a look at the most recent thread:

I think the author has even popped in there from time to time, so you may get the answers you're looking for.

Good luck!

I'm pretty sure that it's a new book, published a couple months ago. It may be similar to many HPs, but the author herself is a new self-published author.

Sunfun, I've read The Unwanted Wife and spoken with Ms Anders, it got a lot of time on one of the threads that I participate on mainly because it is so unique. This book has a very strong h and the author has listened to the readers, or should I say herself in what she would want to read by having a strong heroine and having all the issues in the book addressed prior to a believable HEA. This is a very rare thing for the h to remain strong all the way through the book, and having all the issues address to an acceptable level. You might have read something similar with regards to the premise of the book re- H being forced to marry h by h's father, there are alot of books like that. What makes this different is how the h reacts after she finally gives up on the H ever loving her. She did not know that the H was being blackmailed to marry her, she thought he loved her. We read so many books where the h is just toooo forgiving after the H has treated her so woefully that a lot of posters love it, me included.

In the forum (referenced above) NA mentioned not knowing if the book had been reloaded by Amazon (after editing I presume). There are times when I read previews about upcoming books and they have different titles than the ones they are later given. Since the book was being "reloaded" by Amazon according to NA I wondered if the name is different and that is why Amazon did not have that line at the top of the page telling me I already had the book. I'll probably never know, but it doesn't matter and I'll simply return the e-book. Thanks all for your input.

Why don't you go to your Kindle account page and skim through your digital content? Maybe you'll recognize the title, or you can even look at description pages if that doesn't do it.

I bought the original version, if there's a new version out I don't own it..yet, and when I go to the product page it says I purchased it September 30th. Apparently the book came out the 26th of that month because that's what it says in the title.

If you do find the book you think it resembles please post. =)

Hello all

I've revised this book after a few readers mentioned editing issues but it has never been issued under another title. It was published in September on KDP. It has been read by thousands of readers now, none of whom have ever mentioned reading it before. Some have said that it was similar to a few HPs they have read before but as I was originally intending to submit to HP, I suppose that's only natural :)

I hope that clears up any uncertainty? I am available on Goodreads if you have any further questions.

Warm Regards
