"elves, dwarves, dragon, ogre, magic" - I don't know what "SiFi" is (systemically important financial institution?) but this is definitely NOT science fiction.

I'm pretty sure I'd never buy anything in which the author spells perfect with a "k."

I have a feeling that we'd all find this topic much more sensible if we could discuss it in German.

If it belongs anywhere its in Meet Our Authors. But even that is questionable.

Obviously you have something to do with the book. So please inform the translator that translation requires actual fluency in both the original language and the language the book is being translated into. Just running it through Google translate doesn't work.

If on the other hand the translator is fluent in both languages then please inform the author that there are some very good drugs for schizophrenia so the person being treated doesn't have choose between insanity and being near comatose.

Near comatose is like near-beer--nothing compared to the real thing.
