Anything is Possible: 91 truths about what is possible for your life
I recently wrote a book for my son claiming that Anything is Possible. The book suggests that almost anything can be achieved/accomplished if we use correct principles and use our minds constructively. Do you believe this to be true?

Yes! :) And I also think that there's really no way of knowing what can be done - except doing it. Not that one won't confront limits - of social conventions, other people's patience sometimes, the number of hours per day and so on - but what all these things mean for what we can accomplish, no one knows.

Daniel: I just checked out your book - it's looking absolutely awesome!!! Like a cross between the authors you mentioned as influences and Tao Te Ching! More than all that - the text has heart. This is something I'd want my future kid to read.

Fenrir: Now that looks like a story ... and eminently readable!

Two books to the reading list :). Thanks! Including for the inspiration.

I'm just perusing some of these different discussions, and I've come to the conclusion that a lot of people just use them to advertise for their books.

John Bryan says:
John Bryan knows a lot about living as a human being, and he shares it with his powerful Tour de Force book titled Input Output Game Self Help Mind Control For The Computer Generation. It is an owner's manual for the mind containing 19 specific and simple affirmations designed to reshape our thoughts and emotions for our maximum benefit. I am thrilled to be reading and applying it to my current program of recovery through faith and self mastery. If you're ready to begin or augment a daily program of self mastery, then this is the text for you! Thank you John for putting this out for all to benefit.

If God can take an Italian-Yankee, estrogen-depleted, fruitcake, octomom, and write a book through her, then HE really CAN do the impossible. He does great work, even when the ones he has to work with are as fruitcakie as me! I'm Not Bipolar-I'm Just a Fruitcake with a Dream!: Surviving the Emotional Roller Coaster of a Dream Gone Bad
