The 11 Karmic Spaces: Choosing freedom from the patterns that bind you
This is an awesome book that will show you how to work with your deep karmic patterns and eventually find freedom. The author, Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati, has been an interfaith spiritual teacher for 40 years, so the book has far more depth than your average self-help book.
Dr. Jean Houston calls the author a "wildly innovative genius" and a "spiritual breakthrough artist."

The 11 Karmic Spaces: Choosing freedom from the patterns that bind you
I also just read this book. It was amazing. Ma Jaya has a way of looking at life that I never thought of before. Some of the Karmic Spaces she describes we get caught in are things I've never thought of before, like "The Desire to Be Right." I especially like the one-line quotes throughout the book.
