Does anyone have information about better natural herbal sleep aids? I have been using a new one from that has only four ingridients in it and it has been working great. I was just wandering if anyone else has tried it and had good bad or otherwise results.

I have been using a non-drug audio sleep aid called Easy2Sleep since I travel quite a bit and can't seem to fall asleep in other time zones. The OTC stuff left me feeling like I had a hang over, so I started using E2S on my iPod, man this thing actually works and helps me fall asleep. The company is called POWRNAPS, and the product is called Easy2Sleep. You can Google it to find out more!

Colby, I can recommend Nature's Way "Silent Night" with Valerian. I take three capsules every night and it works great.

I use NEW MindPlace Proteus Advanced Light & Sound Machine to help me get more overall sleep and more delta sleep, with great results. I use Zeo Personal Sleep Coach to measure the resulting sleep improvements.

I have been diagnosed with alpha intrusion and have much difficulty getting adequate delta level sleep.

i have tried so may sleep aids natural and from the doctor. I have had the best success with Lunesta, I seep really deep and don't wake up unless I have to pee (I have bladder problems) but the best news is that I Can wake up and do that, then fall back to sleep! I have had so many pills make me so foggy the next day, especially ambien, and sleep walk, and have nightmares (I already have extremely vivid dreams).
lunesta seems to let my brain and body rest without all they zombie side effects. If anyone has a suggestion I am open to try other things that are natural. fyi Valerian, chamomile, teas, and melatonin do not work for me.
