Britax Be Ready - Britax B-Ready Stroller, Black - you have to buy the second seat and the adapters, but it holds two seats. Releases later this month.

Baby trend snap and go double (http://www.amazon.com/Baby-Trend-Double-Stroller-Frame/dp/B000LEI82W) - this is JUST a stroller frame that holds two infant car seats. It doesn't have any seats for later on when they're bigger, so at max it will last you 12 months.

Kolcraft Contours - Contours Options Tandem Stroller, Ruby - although it got mixed reviews about being difficult to maneuver

Baby Jogger City Select - Baby Jogger 2010 City Select Single Stroller, Onyx - you need to buy the second seat and adapters, similar to the Britax stroller.

Note: The Bob Duallie does NOT hold two infant seats - it just holds one.

the baby trend sit n stand double stroller will hold 2 infant seats and it will allow 2 to sit or one to sit and one to stand and if both are sitting they also both can have trays!!

The Stroll-Air My Duo takes two infant car seats and has two independently reversible seats that recline flat.

I LOVE my baby trend navigator double jogging stroller, which WILL take 2 infant seats! I also have the double sit and stand that someone else (cheryl) mentioned and I am NOT a huge fan of it. While I only have a singleton (two actually), I would absolutely reccomend going with the double snap and go, along with the nav. I never had a single stroller for my daughter, just a snap and go, and it was great ... and I would imagine for twins, you would be in even less situations where you actually wanted to unbuckle them from their car seats to do stuff! Throw in the Jeep wrangler all weather twin umbrella stroller ( i love my singe b/c the seat reclines and rolls up for hot days) and you are set for ANY situation you find yourself in, walking around the neighborhood (nav.), a quick trip to the mall (snap and go), anything else (umbrella)! Good Luck to you!

I also have b/g twins and was finding the same dilemma. They have added quite a few good ones to the market since my twins were born, though. I used the Kolcraft Contours mentioned above. It was large, but the more research I found showed that double strollers are all large. I couldn't find one weighing less than 25 pounds. I didn't find the Contours overly difficult to maneuver. It worked great for both of my car seats, which were bigger than the average. Then, once the kids were large enough to not need the car seats, the seats also worked great. Even though my kids are now 2, I still occasionally throw them into this stroller for walks around the neighborhood. I still enjoy using. Once they didn't need to be in their car seats any more for strollering, I also bought the Joovy 2 double stroller to leave in the car. It has it's good points and bad, but was more useful when we went to the mall or grocery. Hope some of this information helps.
Good luck with the twins. It is such a unique and wonderful experience!!!!

If you haven't found one yet...I love my Graco Quattro double stroller. I've had it since my twins were born. You can comfortable and easily install 2 infant carriers in it. They even supply the carseat adapter for the front seat. This stroller only has a tray in back seat and 2 cup holders in front. However, with the adapter a carseat can be placed. It was soooo easy to turn and manuever too! We are still using it 2 years later.
