Does any tablet have a SD card slot for downloading the photos from my camera?

Some do, and some don't, depending on the model. Some also have a USB port, which you could use to directly connect the camera.

The original Galaxy Tab had SD slot. The new 7 plus does too I think. There is an adapter for the other current size of the galaxy tab from Samsung. The adapter seems kinda cool. Will probably buy adapter myself since I just ordered the 10.1" Tab.

Visio tablet has 2gb internal memory, but has SD slot up to 32gb.

You're most welcome, DJ. In general, those models with said slot will list it proudly in their features. Note, many models only have a micro SD, not a full size. The two mentioned by the other responders are of the micro SD type, while the Toshiba Thrive is one with full size SD card slot and full size USB.

Most tablets have a micro SD slot, not an SD slot. A way around that is to use a micro SD card with an adapter in your camera. The adapters work well. I use them all the time.

The idea of connecting the camera to the tablet requires a tablet with a host USB port, which some tablets do have, but not all. They almost all have USB ports but a lot of them aren't host ports. If that's what you decide you want to do be sure to look for one with a host port.

The Toshiba Thrive 10.1 tablet has a full size SD card slot, as well as HDMI, USB as well as a connector port for your computer. I love my tablet and have has it since Feb 2012.

Some of the Sony tablets also have full size SD card slots.

I have a Toshiba Thrive and I have a micro SD card in it with an adapter. The adapters work so smoothly and fit so well that it really doesn't matter much which size card the tablet takes.
