I have 2 pages of an entire book that has some highlighting on it. Is this considered damaged?

If you're talking about for purposes of the trade-in program, it usually allows some light highlighting, so you should be fine. If you're talking about any other purpose, it depends exactly what that purpose is.

I bought 2 of the same textbook that had a customer code that could only be used one time. I used the code in one book and the other is brand new with code intact. How do I sell that as new? It keeps telling me it is only worth less than $2.

You don't, unless you sell it yourself via the Marketplace or somewhere else. If you use the trade-in program for books, you only currently get one condition option, and what the offer is on it is what goes. So, you can accept the $2, or you can sell the book elsewhere.

What if I have written my name in my books. Is that considered damaged?
