Plans to extend the trade-in scheme outside of the US?

Probably not. Since the third-party pays shipping (and pays it again to return the book if it isn't acceptable), it likely wouldn't be financially viable or worthwhile to do so. You could still sell the items yourself in the Marketplace, but you'd get the same shipping credit as U.S. sellers get, but if it's worth it to you go for it.
