shipping label for trade in

Whenever I try to print the UPS shipping label for my package I get the error "Sorry there was a problem, try again to print your shipping label." I am getting the same error in every browser I use. Any suggestions?

Tried the label last night .. "Sorry, there was a problem". Today same message. Did "chat" with Amazon just now and was told to try again in 1 to 2 hours. Always love that one. Guess the problem corrects itself. At least I wasn't told to reboot my computer!

Neither do i !! Before christmas this is not a good for sellers and especially for customers.
