seller contact problem

I have ordered my textbook in 1/16/2013. My order is expedited shipping method. It says it would ship my order out between 17-18. It was not shipped out yet. I have contacted the seller 2 times to cancel the order because it was not shipped. I didn't know why the seller doesn't response to me and he/she doesn't ship my book out. Right now, I don't want to buy the book from this seller and want to cancel the order. My order is at the "shipping soon" statue. How can I do to cancel my order?

This is the 100% dicto problem i am facing too. Not sure why amazon allow such cheap third party merchants to sell their products on such a reputed company.
Amazon's delivery is fast but not its third party merchants.
