Excellent text. This handbook describes exactly how abnormalities in the human brain and molecular genetics/environmental stress cause all of our behaviors-from buying to compulsions, ocd, to violence, sex, drinking, drugs and gambling. The additional readings include tons of material about human genetic abnormalities, stress/environment, biology, neuroscience, brain scans etc. The book is a must have for people who want to understand why humans behave the way they do. Very relegious people might feel uncomfortable with the latest findings about brain imaging. The latest brain scans light up in certain regions and show scientists why people behave the way they do.
