Hi Meredith-I have a great book for you to read without aliens, politics, and espionage. It's called Halo of the Damned and it's about a fallen angel, his advertising agency, and nephilim children. It's been reviewed by several reviewers, all seem to like it enough to feature it on their blogs and give it five stars. It's very different, yet appeals to horror and paranormal fans. The page is: Halo of the Damned
I am the author-Dina Rae More info on my website, dinarae.co. If you decide to purchase it, please let me know what you thought of it.

Seriously, did you EVEN READ just one of the comments on this thread? That does bode well for any other skills you might have.

You promote your book without doing the OP the courtesy of reading her question correctly.......yet expect others to take the time to access your website/ read your book???
Not likely......

I read a horror/thriller recently
Run
I thought it was pretty good as I was never entirely certain how it was going to end - IMO that is a good book

Unknown author - only in hardcover - no reviews - $35.99
Have you read it?
When people say "You'll love it!!!!!trust me....." the opposite tends to happen.....

Jaden Terrell has a new book out, first in a series, titled Racing the Devil. The protag is framed for a murder and the evidence includes everything right down to his DNA.

okay. quick review on The Religion. main character goes back in time to the days of Jesus, does some pretty crazy things to him while denouncing him and his "Movement," returns to the present with half the world believing in the religion HE created. So when he's giving his Inaugural Address (Yeah, he becomes President) the Rapture takes place, ushering in the pages of Revelation. Some say that HE'S the Anti-Christ. Pretty cool, huh? And it's not some watered down Christian version, either, like the stupid Left Behind series.

I still think $35.99 for a book by an unknown author without any reviews is extremely pricey.
I see you haven't written a review Brett.
Are you affiliated with the author by any chance?
The synopsis doesn't make me want to read it - it's not my cup of tea.....so I very much doubt that I would "love it"

There is a thriller/horror book I read not long ago and really enjoyed.
A Pallid Waste (Things Dead and Dying) - I've recommended it a couple of times on the KBF
Excellent value at 99c
Plenty of twists and turns - I gave it a 4 star review - was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the story
Money, and more importantly ......time well spent
Written by an indie author who operates within Amazon's TOS

Yeah, I rather resent having someone presume to tell me to 'trust' them---why should I?

Why are you talking about yourself in the third person? And self promotion's not allowed.

In reply to an earlier post on May 4, 2012 3:38:25 PM PDT
Cphe says:
Why are you still self promoting your book KJ on the forums?
Amazon requires you to post on the MOA
You obviously are not reading the thread.

You are promotiong this book Roadrunner across several boards
I have to presume by your multiple posts that it is one of those "generic" books that are not worth even looking at

In reply to an earlier post on May 4, 2012 3:54:14 PM PDT
Roadrunner says:
Of course! Because it is the first one in english, and it is better than in german. Absolutely Patterson style, and thats whats so amazing about it. It has to be known, because before I recommend something there really has to happen something! But I think here everybody pressumes the worst. I am a publisher, I am the writer, now generic.... what is next? If something is good, it is just good, and if I could
I would announce it everywhere, on TV, on radio, street signs everywhere!
