You know Tuscan Milk, the Three Wolf T-shirt, and (now) Uranium Ore, however there are plenty of less well known (but equally brilliant) gems out there:

"OR AS I LIKE TO CALL THEM, THE DEVIL'S RUNES".

That one especially had me in tears. And the book is $135!!! Won't be seeing many Amazon Verified Purchase tags on that sucker...

That one has so many (or should I say SO MANY) hilarious efforts that I'm not sure it's worth even trying.

And there are some very well written ones on the Wagner piece. (but see Amazon UK for the best selection)

Thanks Jason

I found the Donk product several months back but was never able to track it again. There are plenty of hilarious reviews for it besides the one quoted above.

I'm partial to Parent Child Testing Product reviews.

Parent Child Testing Product, 15 Pack.

I have thought long and hard and can't come up with anything nearly as funny as what is already there. I bow my head in admiration.

I am sentimentally fond of Fresh Whole Rabbit which was my first parody review. Shockingly, I did not actually purchase the carcas prior to writing the review! Tsk!

"Parent Child Testing Product, 15 Pack."

Haha, I love that the Special Offers includes a ten dollar discount on a purchase of $75.00 or more. At $25,035.98, this qualifies easily!

OMG, thanks for the link. I nearly wet myself reading the guys review of the cremation urn. Pretty sick review, but it make me laugh.

I loved, loved, loved the "DEVIL'S RUNE" review. (7 kids later, who knew it was just a stuck CAPS LOCK?)

Here's one I found pretty funny: Communion Wafers Box of 1000

Muzzlehatch, I would love to find The Devil's Runes but somehow can't. May I have some assistance, please? I could use a good laugh today!

I just sent the Devil's Rune link to some friends so I happened to have it on hand, Wandrwoman.
Birth Control is Sinful in the Christian Marriages and also Robbing God of Priesthood Children!!

One of my parody review "heros" is Alan E Schmidt. Just about anything he writes is genus. He has this episodic, I-am-every-man style and he primarily selects common, household products to review. Check out Set of 5 Stainless Steel 6 Oz Liquor Flasks or Echo Valley Hiking Solar Gnome or just about any other review of his. This message took some time to complete because I re-read the Gnome review and I couln't stop laughting.

Terry, Ah! Birth Control is Sinful!-Priesthood Children!! Yes, a CAP LOCK classic! Love it! Thanks for the id!

Terry says:
The gnome review had me rolling, Wandrwoman! I'll probably spend the day reading all of Alan's reviews. That guy is hysterical. Thanks for pointing him out.

I used the "Look Inside" feature and was sorry that I did. This has to be one of the worst written... I'm sorry, I mean ONE OF THE WORST WRITTEN BOOKS EVER!

Wandrwoman says:
Communion Wafers, very funny reviews. Now here is an example of a controversial subject with many, many parody reviews. It seems The Church is fair game.... many angry Catholics out there.

Wandrwoman says:
Tim, Yes, and it is one of the worst written books written all in CAPS too! Some of the review comments are as funny as the reviews.

Do you ever check out the Amazon Oddities community? That's where you can find most of these nut ball items. When I am in the mood to write a parody review, I'll troll around checking out the goofy stuff that accumulates there.

In reply to an earlier post on Oct 1, 2010 11:42:48 AM PDT
"Alan E Schmidt"

Funny stuff. Very much in keeping with his "Own Words":
Laughter can cure anything... or at least make you feel better about your crappy situation.

"Do you ever check out the Amazon Oddities community?"

I mostly find the items through Amazon's cross-reference suggestions. You know, like, all the crazy folk who looked at this bizarre item also looked at these other insane items.

Wandrwoman says:
Yeah, I do that too. Sometimes nothing appeals so I go to the well of Amazon Oddities. Or circle back to Icon Group. There is always something there.

In reply to an earlier post on Oct 1, 2010 12:04:44 PM PDT
Your Icon group is my Alphascript. Tomato, Tomahto, you know!

In reply to an earlier post on Oct 1, 2010 12:14:48 PM PDT
Wandrwoman says:
Yes! Exactly! :-)
But to me Icon Group is less sinister than Alphascript. I see Alphascript, etc. as the Anti-Christ.
Icon Group is just idiotic. Perfect for pedantic satiric nonsense that I find fun to write. Alphascript sets my teeth on edge.

"Icon Group is less sinister than Alphascript"

Why, does Philip donate his proceeds to charity? Because otherwise they're all a bunch of crooks.

Wandrwoman says:
He donates his proceeds to charity? What charity? The Church of Parker?
