A lot of times Herman and Grandpa would get into trouble is because of Grandpa's crazy inventions in the basement...which is similiar to The Honeymooners...Ralph's crazy get rich quick schemes would often get he and Norton into trouble.Lucy would often get into trouble because of disobeying Ricky or because she was so star struck.

On Bewitched when Samantha's mother used her powers,it was often to deliberately cause Darren embarassment, trouble,or humiliation. Then it was up to Samantha to correct the situation. When Jeannie used her powers,it was to help Tony, but Jeannie would often over do it,screw up,or her good intentions would backfire. It reminds me of Three's Company, with those crazy misunderstandings.

Out of all of the shows mentioned,I only have The Honeymooners on DVD,but I do luv them all!

Another thing that made The Munsters better than The Adam's Family was Marilyn...the young beautiful blonde. But I do think that The Adam's Family was darker/creepier.

We're approaching Valentine's Day...

Can u name a favorite tv character of your's that you would like to be your Valentine?

My choice is Victoria Pratt (Sarge from Cleopatra 2525). She's HOT! And That Girl Is RIPPED! You can see that she hits the gym. Not only does she have a beautiful face and beautiful long blonde hair and big round boobs, she also has a PERFECT six-pack of ABS! And she has lean muscle mass, not an ounce of fat on her,the girl is in shape! She's aggressive, intense, fearless, and outspoken. She's a beautiful b@d@$$ babe, she's tough, and she wouldn't hesitate to kick your @$$. She's athletic, and great at hand to hand combat, she's a real fighter, and yet she's so sexy, sensual, soft and feminine. I received my 11x14 photo of her and I have it hanging on my wall. She's so nice I had to order her 2wice! 2 photos of Sarge hanging on my wall, double my viewing pleasure!

What DVDS Would You Like To Purchase This Year?

I Would Like To Purchase The Following:

1)All Seasons Of Starsky & Hutch - Since I have the movie on DVD,it would be great to add the tv series to it

2)BattleStar Gallactica - A great addition to my Action/Sci-Fi collection

3)Buck Rogers In The 25th Century - A great addition to my Sci-Fi/Action collection

4)The 1960's Batman - If it's ever released,if not,at least I have the movie on DVD

5)S/2 Of The Fall Guy - Since this was released in Germany 12/12/12,I'm hoping beyond hope that it will be released here in the states this year

1)Bullet To The Head - Slyvester Stallone's new ACTION flick

2)The Last Stand - Arnold Schwarzenegger's new ACTION flick

3)Parker - Jason Statham's new ACTION flick

4)A Good Day To Die Hard - The 5th Installment from Bruce Willis of the Die Hard Series

5)G.I.Joe Retaliation - Also known as G.I.Joe 2,the follow up to 2009's G.I.Joe The Rise Of Cobra, this 2nd installment features The Rock & Bruce Willis

6)The Man Of Steel - A new Superman flick,in theaters this June

1)The 2013 Royal Rumble - I wanna witness John Cena winning his 2nd Royal Rumble match (he won it before in 2008) as well as The Rock becoming 8X WWE CHAMPION!

2)WrestleMania 29 -This one will be held close to home,in NJ Metlife Center. I believe this Wrestlemania will feature Triple H/Brock Lesnar II. Last year at Summerslam,Brock Lesnar defeated Triple H via submission,at Wrestlemania it will be the rematch, and I'm looking for Triple H to win. Another match I'm l@@king 4ward to is The Rock/Cena II. At last year's Wrestlemania,The Rock defeated John Cena in a match that was made 1 year in advance, first time ever! Now this Wrestlemania is the rematch, but now the stakes are higher, because THE WWE CHAMPIONSHIP is involved.

The Rock is the champion,John Cena is the challenger, since Cena won The 2013 Royal Rumble Match,he earned the right to face The WWE CHAMPION at Wrestlemania. I'm looking for The Rock to beat CM Punk at next Sunday's Elimination Chamber PPV and walk into 'Mania as champion. At 'Mania this time John Cena will beat The Rock and become 11X WWE CHAMPION!

Speaking of The Rock,I heard from a reliable source that "FAST 6" is in the works! FAST 6 is the next Installment to THE FAST & FURIOUS Series. 2011's FAST FIVE featured a great fight scene between The Rock and Vin Diesel. Who's gonna be in the next one?

Stony Burke, Tombstone Territory, and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kids among others are on my horizon to be acquired on either April 14 or August 19 (April 14 is located approximately between Christmas and August 19, which is my Birthday, itself located approximately halfway between April 14 and Christmas) so I treat myself to a little something on that day. :)

I LOVED Skyall...LOT'S OF ACTION! I think it was THE BEST Bond flick of them all! I know what you mean about the added humor, those classic one-liners...that make our fav Action flicks all the more better! Arnold Schwarzenegger,Charles Bronson (Death Wish Series),Clint Eastwood (Dirty Harry Series),Bruce Willis...all these guys are famous for adding those classic one-liners to their action flicks...and Stallone's Cobra contains one of the most famous classic one liner's..."Crime Is A Disease...And I'm The Cure". I remember this was on a huge billboard bac in '86. You definitely miss those one-liners when they are not there.

Are u enjoying S/2 of Spartucus? I've never watched it,but I've heard of it. Is it similiar ti Xena,Warrior Princess/Hercules,The Legendary Journeys? Welcome back to the single life my friend! Marriage is not for me,it's just too many women out there to be tied down to just 1 forever and ever. Spring is right around the corner,it's "HUNTING" season,if u know what I mean. "This Is 40" that related to that "40 Year Old Virgin" flick?

Nashville,a show about your hometown, this should be a personal fav of your' far as Hayden P. is concerned, never say never, keep hope alive,it's a small world my friend, you never know...some dreams can be made into reality...Speaking of Nashville,2 weeks ago on Monday Night Raw,The Rock was talking about when he was 15 years old,he and his family moved to Nashville,Tennesse, and he went to high school there, and he was a sophmore and he was 6'4" and weighed 220lbs...he said the girls gave him no play because they thought he was an undercover cop...2 weeks ago Monday Night Raw was LIVE IN NASHVILLE,TENNESSE! Did you ever go to any of the house shows when they hit your hometown? You and I were just talking about this on The A/A Thread!

IRON MAN 3?! I didn't know this was coming out! That's what's up! I have the first 2 on DVD...any idea when IM3 will be in theaters? I can't W8!

G.I.Joe Retaliation will be in theaters March 29th! I been posted this on The A/A thread. It l@@ks good!

Star Trek Into Darkness - Yes,let's hope some originality is shown, remakes don't always work. Some do,but most don't. I did enjoy the new DREDD,I have it on DVD.

It's good that Spartucus 3 is currently being shown on Starz...that's one benefit of having can enjoy the episodes and/or record them...until it's released onto DVD.

I am surprised the "Rock" mentioned his time in Nashville, some have a negative perception of Nashville, it is not the hick city some think it is, it is more metropolitan than many realize

Iron Man 3 makes its debut on May 3.....check out the trailer on YouTube.

"Star Trek" Into Darkness" features a young Carol Marcus (Kirk's former lover & mother of his son David) from "Wrath of Kahn"......they got the right actress to play the younger version in the new film, so it gives me hope that they won't be trying to remake "Kahn"

It shouldn't surprise you my friend that The Rock gave props to Nashville, you gotta remember...The Rock is THE PEOPLE'S CHAMPION...he wouldn't look down or think negatively about the people...and what's one of the first things that The Rock says every time he enters the ring? "FINALLY,THE ROCK HAS COME BACK TO...whatever city the house show or PPV is in at the time...

Thanx 4 da info on Iron Man 3! Somehow this one got past me,these movies are coming out so fast you can't keep up with all of them! I like it! And between keeping up with THE WWE & THE NBA...and latest DVD's just so much...I wouldn't have it any other way! It's FUN!

As far as Star Trek Into Darkness is concerned,I hope you get what you're looking for...a hot new young babe will be in this one? That right there in itself is a plus, definitely a step in the right direction! Hopefully a remake won't be made...but rather an original film. Keep hope alive!

P.S. Your fav hometown girl...Hayden Patinerre...if you don't get to meet can do the next best what I do...just go on-line and purchase a poster or an 8x10 of her and hang it on your wall...thay way you can see her all the time! You can even purchase an autographed/personalized copy. I know it's not the same as meeting her in person, but it's something!

That's how it is...some people take to remakes, and some people don't. Some remakes are good, and some aren't. It's all each his own. When it comes to movies and tv shows, the original is the majority time better than remakes. I didn't care for the remake of The Bionic Woman,Knight Rider 2000 I didn't care for,and I didn't like the 2003 version of The Incredible Hulk movie, and even though I didn't see an episode yet,I guess the new Charlie's Angels wasn't that good either, otherwise it wouldn't have been cancelled so fast. So I know what you mean about preferring Sean Connery over Roger Moore.

Now,some remakes that I did enjoy was The 2008 Incredible Hulk movie,as well as the new Dredd, and the new Total Recall,as well as the 2000 & 2003 Charlie's Angels movies, and the 2005 Dukes Of Hazzard movie and the 2010 A-Team movie. When it comes to remakes, some will be hits, and some will be misses.

If you were still married it would be difficult to decorate your place with all of your fav beauties...and what's even better than just having the photos is if you have your fav beauties on DVD/VHS as that you can see her in Charlie's Angels for example...I have all 5 seasons of CA on DVD,and I have 8x10 photos of all six Angels.

Speaking of "Charlie's Angels" I just finished Season 2 & 3 on DVD last week, had already watched Seasons 5, already had Season 1 & 4, so didn't need to rewatch them, from the Complete Series, my only problem with this show was the guest stars making later appearances as different characters, "Starsky & Hutch", The Incredible Hulk" & "Three's Company" were guilty of this too, were the casting directors on strike?.....I hate same actor, different character moments on shows, it really cheapens them I think, especially when you consider that there are people trying to break into show business everday & are looking for that one big break, I do think the "Angels" got better in Season 4 & 5, the episodes just seem to be better written, they definately are a product of its time (the late 70's).....Cheryl Ladd was one of my 8x10 photos, she was my favorite of all the angels, she was on a "C.S.I. Miami" episode in I think Season 9, & even in her 60's she is still hot....she was an older woman seducing young men....if I was going to be with a woman older than me....she would be the one!.....even her voice makes me smile, Season 3 definately gave her some fine moments in episodes "Rosemary Remembered" & the one where she suffers from amnesia...can't think of the name of that one at the moment.

From The Complete Series Of Charlie's Angels Boxset all I've watched was S/5...and it's just as I remembered it as a's so much fun to reminisce and take those trips down memory lane. Yes you're right...several of the older shows were guilty of using the same actors to play different characters...I think that shows laziness as far as casting is concerned...You get tired of seeing the same old want some new blood...some fresh meat...everyone deserves a chance,an opportunity to shine,to either make it or break it...

Season 2 Of Charlie's Angels is my fav,and "Kris Munroe" (Cheryl Ladd) is my favorite angel! When she made her debut in S/2,they had her in a bikini within the first 20 minutes of the first episode! I like that! On "The Fall Guy",Heather Thomas was HOT in her bikini, and her 1980's pink bikini poster (which I have hanging up right now) made her world famous, but they didn't have her in a bikini until the middle of S/1.I think S/4 of Charlie's Angels has the best writing. I think the writers got lazy in S/3...S/4 is deeper and deals with some serious life issues...such as child abuse and drug abuse and prostitution. And The Angels don't show as much skin, they are more business attired. I think that S/5 is grimy and gritty, more street based, like S/1,and that's an aspect of the show that I enjoy. Seasons 2&3 are definitely lighter than the other seasons. S/1 contains the most famous episode of CA's ever made - "Angels In Chains"

Yes,to this day Cheryl is still hot! She can seduce me anytime! After CA's she made many made for tv movies. My fav Cheryl Ladd movie is her 1996 flick "Vows Of Deception" (which I have on DVD).She was about 45 years old in this one,and she,of course, has a bikini shot. She is so HOT in this movie! In this flick she seduces her husband's 20-something son. I refer to Cheryl as the Original Bikini Queen. I think everytime she appears on a tv show and dons a bikini the ratings go up,not only because of her body...but also because of the nostalgia behind it. One of my fav Chery Ladd episode's from CA's (and there are many) is from S/4 - "Angels Go Truckin" was fun watching her and Tiffany drive the 18-wheeler and have all those guys on the CB in the palm of her hand.

Yes,"Rosemary Remembered" and "Angel On My Mind" (the amnesia episode)(both in S/3) is where Cheryl really gets to shine. And in "Angel On My Mind",when she reminisces to her childhood, that's her real life daughter Jordan Ladd playing Cheryl as a little girl! Cheryl and Jordan also did a made for tv movie in 1998 "Every Mother's Worst Fear". I like that one also.

If you do,and you haven't seen it yet,you must see my personal fav..."Busty Coeds vs Lusty Cheerleaders". I will is a must see! You will not be disappointed! BOOBIES GALORE! Along with some other things that I will not get into here...and my fav late nite star, the beautiful, bodacious, bubbly, blonde bombshell Kylee Nash...OMG her boobies are so AWESOME! Her boobies are out of this world! Baby-girl has got to be at least 40DD! I would love to "get lost" in those boobies...if you know what I mean. And the rest of her body is tight and fit. I have this skin flick (and others featuring Kylee Nash on VHS) it is not available on DVD.

"Extremes"? You mean like "The Queen Of Extreme",LITA,one of our fav WWE DIVAS? She was The WWE's DareDevil...The Female Evil-Keneival...I like her move...the "Lita-Currana"...where she stands on the top turnbuckle and does a backflip and lands squarely on top of her opponent...then she usually goes for the 1,2,3 count...I wonder...all those spectacular things that she does in the ring...can she do those things in the bedroom? Lita can stand on top of my dresser...and perform the Lita-Currana and land right on top of me...and she can pin me down to the mat (mat-tress) for a lot longer than 3 seconds...Once she lands then we will begin to "wrestle" will be a no holds barred "match"...anything goes! I'm sorry you no longer have cable...but I'm sure you know where to go when you need a boob fix.BIG BOOBIES ARE THE GREATEST!

Anyway...back to tv shows...Speaking of Cheryl in "Angel On My Mind",I liked it when she was wandering around on the beach trying to regain her memory...and those 3 guys tried to rob her and she kicked all of their butts! That's what they get 4 messin' with our fav Angel! And I liked it at the end of that episode, when on the beach, the killer who caused Kris to lose her memory in the first place,he was after her because she witnessed him running somebody over with his car,the killer was closing in on her and just then Kelly and Sabrina showed up,took him out,and all 3 of them hugged and Kris regained her memory. To me that moment was very touching and it brought a tear to my eye.

Oh, how I miss Lita.....redheads are a major turn-on for me, my ex-girlfriend had red hair, they are so wired differently than brunettes, at least mine was, my ex-wife is a brunette, when I said extremes, well I will just come out & say it....(we were kinky)....somthing I miss a lot, anyway...."Angel on my mind" is by far the best 3rd season episode of "Charlie's Angels", that season though had many parallel episodes to Aaron Spelling's other show "Starsky & Hutch" such as the phony angels impersonating our angels, S&H had an imposters episode, Bosley playing the game with the Angels & then someone is trying to kill him & the Angels wanting to stop the game, S&H did the same, the hawaiian espisode in Season 2.....S& H went to Hawaii, the cruise ship episode, S&H were on a cruise ship, the Vegas episode with Dean Martin, S&H had a Vegas adventure....I am not complaining, but I always said Aaron Spelling was a great innovator of shows, but a lousy producer of his shows.

I've always liked Lita...ever since her debut with Essae Rios back in 2000...she then left him and joined up with The Hardy Boys and the 3 of them became "Team Extreme". She wa Matt Hardy's girlfriend, and after he got hurt,Lita began seeing Edge on the side...I thought she was boring when she was with Matt, once she teamed up with Edge she became more entertaining...Another episode that I like from S/3 of Charlie's Angels is "Angels Belong In Heaven". In that episode Kris had on a tini wini white bikini and high heel shoes...her body was off the hook!

I didn't know any of this about "Starsky And Hutch",being that I don't have this tv series on DVD. But from what you just told me,you certainly have wet my appetite for the show, and now I want to go out and buy it even more! I think it shows laziness and a lack of originality on the part of the producers when they keep duplicating the same material, and sometimes it can hurt the product. Aaron Spelling said something to this effect in "The Angels Featurette" segment,on the S/1 boxset. He said that one of the reasons why S/5 didn't get over with the fans so much is because in S/5 they were doing the same thing that they did in S/1...and that's Kelly getting shot in the head. Kelly got shot in the head in a S/1 episode "To Kill An Angel"...and then in a S/5 episode (the last episode of the series) "Let Our Angel Live". I think that showed perhaps that the producers were running out of fresh ideas, and that the show had ran it's course. I also believe that in that segment Aaron admitted that it was a mistake firing Shelly Hack, because during the middle of S/4,the fans had really started to take to her,and now for the start of S/5 she was no longer there. The ratings had dropped in S/4 because of the absence of Kate Jackson. They set the first few episodes of S/5 in Hawaii to try to revive the series, but it didn't work,it was too late. And I read somewhere that the producers asked Jacklyn Smith,Cheryl Ladd, and Tanya Roberts if they were interested in returning for a S/6,Tanya was all for it,but Jacklyn & Cheryl said no.

Despite these mistakes,I still love Charlie's Angels, I love watching it,I love talking about it,and it continues to remain 1 of my favorite shows ever!

Aaron Spelling also produced the 90's soap shows "Beverly Hills 90210" & its spin-off "Melrose Place", luckily these shows didn't make the same mistakes, however their creator Darren Starr had mostly creative control & control over who was cast, unfortunately him & Spelling had a falling out during "90210" sixth & "Melrose" 4th seasons, after that, both shows began to suffer, me & the ex was hooked into "MP", 90210" I watched to see Shannen Doherty, had it bad for her as well, her & the ex do favor each other just a bit, (maybe that is why I got married), I don't think Aaron Spelling was the nice guy many thought he was, after Darren Star left he let Heather Locklear run amok, running off cast members, firing Hunter Tylo before her debut as a rival to Heather's character for getting pregnant, Locklear herself had gotten pregnant too, Tylo sued & Spelling settled out of court with her, she was to be Rob Estes (Silk Stalkings) on-screen wife, instead Lisa Rinna was cast & had absolutely no chemisrty with Estes as Tylo would have had, I knew then that Spelling hadn't learned anything.

Heather Locklear! - Muuaaahhhh! I loved her as Sammy-Jo on "Dynasty"! She was a sexy spoiled little rich brat...what a turn on! I loved the 2 Heathers...Heather Thomas & Heather Locklear...also Catherine Bach as Daisy Duke on "The Dukes Of Hazzard". I loved Heather Thomas as Jody Banks on "The Fall Guy"...I have her pink bikini poster hanging up right now, along with Catherine's "Daisy Duke" poster. Those 3 were my favorite ladies of the 80's! Both Heather Thomas & Heather Locklear were 2gether in the first season of "The Fall Guy",in the last episode "Scavenger Hunt" was great! Another very special poster that I have hanging up is of Lynda Carter (as herself) and her "Wonder Woman" poster. These posters are special to me because Lynda Carter (Wonder Woman) was my "first love",she was the first woman on television that I fell in love with as a 5 year old boy in 1978. I was in the first grade at the time...and I couldn't wait to come home from school and watch Wonder Woman! 35 years later...those memories are still fond to me...and to have the Wonder Wonder poster and all 3 seasons of Wonder Woman on DVD is special to me. DC Comics needs to come out with a Wonder Woman movie!

I've never watched "Beverly Hills 90210" or "Melrose Place",or "Thirty Something",for that matter,so I can't comment on these shows, but it's good that Darren Star took over casting the actors,so that the same mistakes that were made on "Charlie's Angels" wouldn't be made with these new shows, since Aaron Spelling openly admitted that he had made mistakes. Aaron Spelling and Darren Starr had a falling sounds like it was a power struggle between the 2. When 2 top dogs are working on a project, sometimes 1,or both, depending on the situation, has to swallow their pride and do what's best for the product at hand. It sounds like Aaron Spelling wasn't willing to do this, and perhaps he ran Darren Star off, and,as you said,he didn't learn his lesson from the mistakes he made on Charlie's Angels, his 70's show, and as a result, his 90's shows suffered.

I did watch "Silk Stalkings"...that was a SEXY drama! Aaron Spelling was a super producer,he produced all of these shows, how could he continuosly make the same mistake over and over again? One thing that he did do right was cast Cheryl Ladd on Charlie's Angels after Farrah left! Cheryl was the perfect replacement! I read that when the producers first approached Cheryl, she initially said no,but after they spoke to her many times, she gave in and said yes. And Cheryl came up with the idea of playing Farrah's "little sister". I also read that when S/2 of Charlie's Angels started, the fans had taken to Cheryl quickly, and they quickly forgot about Farrah. S/2 of Charlie's Angels actually had higher ratings than S/1! That was largely due to,of course, the show being pushed back one hour (it came on an hour earlier) so there were more viewers. But once Kate Jackson left at the end of S/3,the ratings dropped in season 4,and they fell even lower in season 5. It's funny how Farrah was the big star of the show, but she was so easily replaced and the ratings went up,but when Kate left, the ratings went down. I don't think anyone could've replaced "Sabrina".

It's funny how many fans say that the show never recovered after Kate left, and that season 4 was the second worst season ever ("season 5 being the first"),and that Shelly Hack was the worst actress ever, and that she ruined the show, even the producers blamed her for the declining ratings and fired her at the end of S/4. I don't agree with any of this! I liked Shelly Hack! (Tiffany). And S/4 is one of my fav seasons! And that season has some of my most favorite episodes ever, such as "Angels Go Truckin","Avenging Angel","Angel Hunt","Fallen Angel",and "Three For The Money". It's a shame and it wasn't fair that both the fans and the producers gave Shelly Hack (Tiffany) so much heat, she did not deserve it. The producers were looking for her to replace Kate Jackson,I don't think ANYONE could have done this. In the middle of S/4,the fans started to take to Tiffany, when the season ended, instead of firing her, they should've kept her,and I think the ratings would've went back up in S/5 instead of declining. Then again,we wouldn't have had the sexy red head Tanya Roberts (Julie Rogers) in S/ I guess everything happens for a reason.
