What do you Supernatural fans think about all the serious episodes this season? I miss the light-hearted banter between the brothers personally. I also don't like the dark angels, they are freaking me out, but I guess that's the point of the show. The villains and freaks the boys usually fight for mankind have all but disappeared. Are they going to send Dean back to hell again in the season cliffhanger? Seems to be leading up to that. Pretty lame if they do.

Yeah I loved the old days of Supernatural when it was just them traveling across the country solving cases. This angel/ demon apocalypse thing is really a drag. But I'm gonna stick it out this season to find out what happens. I heard next season will concentrate on the relationship between the brothers so that's uplifting. They have such great onscreen chemistry. They are both funny and cute-especially Dean.

I miss the old days too--really preferred Supernatural as a more episodic, funny-scary show. The apocalypse story arc doesn't do anything for me--I'm tired of seeing the brothers suffering. Yes--especially Dean! ;-D

Wow I feel like the only guy here. Yeah I'm looking forward to the next season. This season has gone way to long, and they killed the trickster. Bad enough they made him an angel. This is one of my favorite show's and I'm not going to be happy when it ends.

Jared Padalecki (Sam) said that as long as the writing and story lines don't get stupid like "LOST" they would keep doing the show. They obviously have a good thing going and the 2 stars seem to get along really well so they have that going for them which is good for us:-)

Yeah they have some serious chemistry going between them. Best show on TV at the moment, and i'm surprised I said that as I only started watching it when it came out just out of curiosity.

Anyways i like it and look forward to another season. Of course with different writers, will it be any good?

Wow I guess we don't have that many fans on this board?

Is Sam supposed to be God now? And if so, what did they do with the real Sam??? I thought this show was going to get back on track with the urban legend stuff instead of all this angel/ demon crap. Plus the show has moved to Friday nights- that's one step away from being lost into syndication land. Look how Smallville panned out...

I hope for the best and fear for the worst. The best thing about SuperNatural is that my daughter asked me to watch it with her, we enjoy cross-banter talk during the show that would annoy the rest of the family -- except that htey get a kick out of watching us get sp tied up in the show. We suffer when the Winchester's suffer; we rejoice when they rejoice; and we all knew all along that that was Dean's kid -- no way was there that he wasn't we needed Dean to have the hope of that family somewhere in his future and now that it's here we are afraid very afraid it may be over. And btw my daughter thinks Dean is hot, she didn't pick sam out because sam is too much like her olest brother. They do have something SuperNatural going on and it's my hope they have some more in store for us. Episodic or the epic overarching war 'tween the light and the dark it's been a gr8 ride so far...

I'm so glad that the apocalypse thing is over and they are returning to a "regular" show, I say tongue-in-cheek.....I am a bit disappointed that the banter between them is off and they don't seem to be as easy with each other. Sam seems to be way serious and even a bit "off", which Dean has noticed since his conversation with Bobbie when he confided to him about his concern for Sam. I like this show and my DH and I always watch it. I'm liking the family connection with the grandfather and cousins, when they are on. This is the best television show and I hope they keep it good and don't mess it up.

I loved season 4 and 5. and no Sam was never God! But I have been really disappointed in season 6 so far. Sam without a soul is just another monster...kill him!(or get his soul back!!). Dean is my man. A really rightous man who loves family in this day and age, I can forgive a little hedonistic behavor..he's earned it. But after stopping the apocalypse stopping ghosts is kind of a let down. I say let Sam and Dean split, Cassius gets Dean to look for the missing divine weapons, and give Dean a new partner/love interest. A lower angel who was never let out of heaven because she is to much a human. She feels, has doubts, wants to experience a little living(greasy hamburgers/sex/laughing/playing jokes/etc). And being of a lower order she's not that powerful compared to other angels, but has an edge over humans.
