Good! Don't' give into pressure. You should only buy the games you want, and a game is only worth what you are willing to pay for it.

Wow, people, get over yourselves. I don't have to buy the games that you want me to buy. I really want South Park. I'm not that interested in Bioshock. Get over it.

I listed Bioshock: Infinite on my list, I wants it.

2013 looks amazing.....but there is one MAJOR unmentioned game....prey 2!!! What has happened to this game? 3 big cities, open world sci-fi, VERY blade runner looking, awesome gadgets, including hover boots!!! Gimme!

Well, we have one more thing to see: SHODAN getting control of her own world (maybe even ours).

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 19, 2012 2:19:21 PM PST
EA better. Those damn bastards.

On a side note, where the hell does System Shock 2 need to go as a series? I mean, do we really need to continue SHODAN's story over and over again?

I have a feeling that EA will eventually allow the System Shock trademark to go to Irrational (maybe on the cheap). It would be really cool to see it become the more RPG-ish of the two. I think a HD rerelease of SS2 would be welcome, as well.

I want the franchise to go into crazy places only hinted at from the beginning. I seriously do not hope the franchise ends. With next generation power and video games ever so evolving as a storytelling medium, the franchise's future is almost kind of overwhelming.

Personally, I want System Shock and BioShock to be both revived, and for both to focus on two different areas. System Shock should go in the RPG direction, while BioShock should go in the FPS direction. Let's not try to do both. It doesn't work.

I'm pissed about all those games that didn't come out yet. They turned out bad.

Equally pissed about the next gen consoles because they look bad. Bad is what all this stuff that didn't happen yet totally is.

@UziSpray Whats so exciting about new consoles when they are going to be pretty much the same as this gen systems with only slightly better improvements?Im not even excited about nex gen gaming.

Not only does 2013 look amazing for current gen, but we're going to get at least 1 new console announcement and launch next year.

Oh I'm getting BioShock Infinite. Don't worry there!

2013 is already impressive if you own a 3DS:

Luigi's Mansion 2
Animal Crossing
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
Fire Emblem

I just want Irrational to be successful so I can get more 'shock games. I'm greedy.

BioShock: Infinite isn't really for everybody, but I kind of like it that way. I don't want the series to pander or become a victim of severe marketing pressure. No, putting a box that helps people understand what the overall game play model doesn't count...

Bioshock Infinite is at the top of my list, followed closely by Last of Us. A little further down we have Tomb Raider, Ni No Kuni, Beyond: Two Souls, and a slew of cool looking download-only titles.

2013 looks great.

Posted on Dec 19, 2012 1:24:25 PM PST
I am glad someone mentioned Ni No Kuni.

Posted on Dec 19, 2012 1:22:18 PM PST
Wow. Nobody is excited for Bioshock: Infinite? I guess Ken Levine is right in marketing to frat boys, because it looks like the real gamers are passing :( It's first on my list.

Pikmin 3
Ni No Kuni
Last of Us
Maybe GTAV

So Infinite will be $20 in no time yet an HD collection and South Park won't?

If you're unimpressed by the amazing looking 2013, I think it's time to hang up the controller and put on the boots and join the rodeo.

I saw some trailers for Remember Me on PSN and while the storyline and gameplay looks interest, the movement/camera looks pretty clunky. Hopefully Capcom with make that a lot more smooth before release.

I am unimpressed with the demos of some of the games releasing, I am unimpressed with GTA V because of GTA 4, I am unimpressed with Dead Space 3 because it seems to be departing from survival horror into action like RE 5, and I am generally unimpressed with 2013 games because its alot of ok games being released and not great games being released. The only game outside of Beyond 2 Souls I am interested in is Aliens:Colonial Marines, everything else just looks so average and thats why I will buy them when they are $30 or less. DmC demo was ok at best & MG:Reveagence was a huge disappointment, I will not be buying that game unless its $10 or less.

2013 looks great for games!!!

I was fine with GTA IV. I just missed the total customization of your character and the mini-missions (vigilante, taxi driver, etc.)
