Fun fact, it was because of Gremlins and Indiana Jones that PG-13 even exists as a rating, before that it went right from PG to R.

I adored that movie when I was a kid, but I went back and watched it a few years ago and it just wasn't the same. That's one of those movies that hasn't aged particularly well.

I could believe that. I watched Gremlins on tv recently and there was a bunch of scenes that been deleted. The flasher Gremlin was nowhere to be found. Goonies pushed the rating when I was a kid also. Foul language and they glued the statues dong on upside down. I'm still surprised it got a PG rating.

Fantastic movie, though. I was surprised when I found out my wife hadn't seen it and I quickly sought to rectify it.

We're not laughing with you, we are laughing at you.
