I hate working in insurance, but it was the only thing I could find when I moved to CT. At least I don't work in health insurance.

Seriously though, it's because of crap like that (which I've exaggerated but not by much) that the process is so much harder today.

Kinda the same thing here. I live in a small town and live 45 minutes from anything worth while. I don't have to drive into "the city" to get to the building either so I don't have all the traffic problems most have to deal with.
